I love outlet shopping. They had a great selection and at the same quality as their «regular» stores. The floor manager was really helpful at helping us find a new valet bag for my husband

This is the only store I have ever shopped at that will not let you return merchandise with a receipt. The sales girl explained that the receipt states this fact so I try to explain I got the receipt after the purchase was completed. And even then, the sales associate did not mention the policy. So she then tried to show me the little sign by the register behind all the crap that was on the counter after she cleared the stuff.
I told her most stores will return merchandise that has been unused with the original receipt but she continues to argue with me that not all stores follow that policy. Yeah, not all stores meaning only this store!
I will never shop at a store that deceives its clientele and argues with paying customers so they don’t have to return money. This store and staff really do not have satisfactory customer service. Even tumi’s website will return merchandise for a full refund.
