One of the poorest run Walmart around. There is always stuff stacked and blocking the aisles. The most busiest times always seem to be the messiest and the least staffed. When I have complained to management about the mess, they basically tell me that they are trying.

It’s Walmart. It’s self service and if you don’t know what you want, don’t expect any help. In fact, my best experience ever was May 8th, 2011 when a greeter went out of his way to pull a book to look up prices for me on some outdoor furniture. He would earn 5 stars if I was rating him by himself. Besides the useless help at Walmart, you also have to deal with the white trash spitting tobacco into the water fountains and elementary kids wearing t-shirts that feature a pit bull on it with the phrase«If it ain’t Pit, it ain’t Sh*t.»

I’m not really a fan of this Walmart especially since the newer Walmart opened in Toccoa, GA. It can be a good choice if you are in need of some entertainment on a late Friday night; that’s when all the characters from around the area pour out of the woodwork. For one thing, this store should have been built much larger, more like the store in Anderson, SC, due to the amount of people in which this store serves in all the surrounding counties. There are 2 others approximately 25 — 30 miles north, but they serve their own communities and people north of there. To sum it up, I’m not a happy camper when shopping here. There are never enough full service registers open, way too dedicated to the 20 and under items lanes, and the shopping isles are all way to narrow, making it even hard to squeeze 2 carts past each other in most of them. Additionally, as small as this store is, their stock is VERY lacking in choices from the food isles especially, making it tough to find what I need when stock runs low. When it comes to animal food items, they choose to stop selling different brands all the time; the brands I have chosen to feed my pets. Thank goodness I have alternative stores to shop as I’m centered in between all the Walmarts in the NE Georgia area.
