This is I think the most rudest location I’ve been to! I was very disappointed when I get up to the drive thru and the person helping has an attitude for everything I ask for. When I get to the drive thru window, I asked for my dressing on the side of my salad (3 times) and I guess he didn’t understand me, so the employee slams the drive thru window in my face… uuummm where’s the rest of my order?!? Not coming here anymore, no thankyou. I dont want cold chicken! I’ll go to the one in Long Beach they have better and pleasant customer service.

This place deserves no stars! These people who agree to work until close decide they want to close the restaurant early while I’m waiting at the drive-​thru lane. Freakin pathetic!!! Once I’m yelling thru the mic the lady turns the lights off the menu & I drive up to the window & the night staff acts like they don’t see me! Best believe tomm morning I will ask to speck with their manager! Very disrespectful people!!!

worst service ever!!! i really hope that this location gets shut down. i hope corporate finds out what kind of unprofessional people are working at their location. no chicken available and to top it off they are rude about out as if it was to be the customer’s fault… never again will i visit this location!!!

Been there a good amount of times so I’ll have to say its okay. Love the towards! They did messed up my order once I asked for a chicken tostada and they gave me a carnitas one?! Today was awful all the lettuce and avocado looked old they were both turning brown :(

Think twice before you go to this El Pollo Loco… I ordered 10 pc mixed, green salad and mac n cheese. Asked for 3 breast and 3 wings on my 10 pc mixed… was told it would be $ 3.00 more… are you kidding me? I’m already paying extra for mixed anyway! So after waiting 10 mins in the drive through, I pay for my food… waited an additional 10 mins to be told that they are out of Mac n cheese!!! WTH! What other side do you want she asked… I reply a refund… Cancel my order! #losers
Drove to the El Pollo Loco in Lynwood… no extra charge for my request and the entire process took less than 10 mins.

If you’re in a hurry try a different pollo loco. I did the drive-​thru, asked lady why they take so long. She stated only 3 employees work at 11am. They must take orders and make food. Food was good.

I only come to this location because it’s near my home and I’m not mobile yet. I think even with these factors I’m going to have to start finding a way to the new location on Alameda instead. I love El Pollo Locos chicken so much! Just wish this location was as great as the taste in service. I’ve been coming here for years and regularly. Lately it’s customer service been disappointing with the fact that they are stingy with the sauces or get our order wrong! Also this location is always dirty. It’s just gross in comparison to the other locations.

Giving them 4 just because of the SERVICE! The craziest thing happened. I’m sitting here thinking I just need a little pepper for my pollo bowl. Next thing I know one of the workers is walking around with a tray of condiments and mints. Never seen that at an el pollo loco before, pretty cool. Staff was overall really sweet. Food is what I expect from here

Ok, our office order lunch but food was not the greatest. So I decided to go give it another try at the restaurant but major fail. Chicken looked like it was from the day before dry n just dry, rice was old as well some hard pieces. Beans ok. N yes I got a little extra hair in my food! So I give this Restuarant two thumbs down

The service is decent, the food is good an the employees keep the restaurant as clean as possible without having rude people throwing their trash all over the floor. I haven’t had rude service at this pollo so far. The parking lot is not so big, so I suggest just drive through. I love their guacamole salsa!

Oh Crazy Chicken, you disappoint me yet again. I have bought too many burritos with bones still attached to the chicken pieces! It is disgusting! Last time Pollo Loco! I will not break a tooth trying to eat one of your burritos! Or chicken bowls!

I have always liked their food, especially their grilled chicken burritos. So when I decided to try out this El Pollo Loco i assumed the quality and service would be on par with the rest. Was I wrong! Service is horrible, from ordering to paying.
I pulled up and asked for a chicken burrito and asked for mac and cheese on the side. The employee told me that the they ran out of mac and cheese and were not going to make anymore for the night. Mind you I came around 6:00pm. I went up to pay and the cashier was arguing with other employees inside loud enough to where you could hear even with the window closed. Overall service was pitiful. Never again will I patronize this location.

The chicken is bomb as hell… i used Unilocal to get here on my lunch break and the food was on point. I would come here more often if it was closer to my job or easier to get into. Its in the prime spot of the hood, next to the train tracks and the compton courthouse building. I had to bump my kendrick lamar album in the drive thru to get my Compton vibe on…“IT AIN’T NUTTIN BUT A COMPTON THANG, FOO!”-Mc Eiht
