We can understand why this location has such a low star rating. The manager on duty«Claudia» treats customers like they are dirt. While pointing at what I wanted several times SHE said those items have names… Of course this was said with an attitude & twist of her head. She forgets… WE are the customer!!!

so they just don’t give a fu** about us in Compton huh… I ate here like 2 months ago and there was a long azz light brown hair in my chow mein I paid about — 2 bucks on a 2 entrée half rice half chow mein combo… the cold part is I was midway through it smh. when I went in to complain to the manager he was some young azz kid maybe 20 do you know he laughed and didn’t even apologize?!? I get it we live in hood but Idgaf I spend real dollars on food read all 20 Unilocal reviews totally a foodie… and hair included in food is totally unacceptable. get it together Compton but you know what it’s really the consumers fault for eating that garbage. they clearly don’t care about us stop supporting this gmo filled fast food smh don’t eat there people cook at home.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE!!! I come to this store very often. I order the eggplant and tofu all the time, so I know the item is not ready when ordered. I usually have to wait 3 – 5 minutes for it to be ready after I place my order. Now, with that said today I went through the drive thru and the line was long. I just got out of work and did not want to wait any longer for the eggplant & tofu, so I called the store while sitting in my car. A woman named CLAUDIA answered the phone. I asked if the entrée was available and she answered with«No, we do not have that». So I proceeded to the speaker a couple minutes later and ordered my food. I added the eggplant & tofu just to see if it would be an option, which to my surprise it WAS! To make matters worse, I was told I needed to wait! Lol, so of course I mentioned the situation at hand and the reason why I had called a few minutes prior. To top it all off CLAUDIA responded with a very rude tone and she was very unprofessional. She stated«I Told you it was not available because the tofu was not ready & that’s what I said, you are not understanding what I am saying.(along with other rude remarks)».WHATPLANETISSHEFROM? Is she not in customer service? Does she not get paid??? ITSYOURJOBTOINFORMCUSTOMERSWITHTHECORRECTANDACCURATEINFORMATION. I requested to speak to a manager and she went ahead to say he was not there until tomorrow, how convenient! I could of been a secrete shopper and I am certain her manager would not have been too happy with the outcome of my visit and her attitude.

Worst ever. Sitting in drive through right now and been here for 20 minutes. Waited on one car, no apologies, nothing. At least give us a free drink, a discount, something. Horrible

The manager Oscar here is very rude and the service at the drive-through sucks you better hope you don’t get served by Sherri my combo plate for 741 at less food on it then a kids meal, I was in a hurry and didn’t want to go across the street to the other restaurant where they give you larger portions and fresher food I won’t make that mistake again to come to this panda

The one star is for the drive through. Horrible service, rude people. If you’re coming here for your usual fried rice, be prepared to have brown rice disguised as fried rice. For all I know they probably made a hodge podge of left over rice. The guy cooking was taking bites straight from the serving platters and to top it off we were kicked out at 8:54pm when it clearly states online that they close at 9:30pm. Eat at your own risk at this location.

Horrible. It’s by my job so I’ve been 3xs. Bad experience each time. Bad, slow service, the employees are idiots who don’t listen, they don’t always fill your bowl up(if you get a bowl), and the rice I’m currently eating is tasteless and hard EVENTHOUGHITSFRESHLYOUT. Worst panda experience and food. I hope they open another near by with people who know what they are doing. Or fire everyone at this one and start fresh. Either or.

This is actually the BESTPANDA I’ve ever been to. When i visit, i always get the same thing. And it always taste good. The chicken is flavorful, even though it was frozen, they make it tastes as if it never was. I wish they sold the sweet fire sauce. I’m in love with it

I really don’t know I keep going to this Panda… well, yes I do. It’s less than half a mile from my boyfriends house. 99% of the time I go(which is at least 2−4x a month) the main entrees are never ready… no matter what time it is. I have to wait at least 15 minutes for what I want to be cooked. How are the main and most popular entrees NEVERREADY at lunch time. I don’t get it. And no, it’s not because they run out. It hasn’t been cooked for the day yet. There also never seems to be enough employees working or 1 – 2 of them are on their break eating in the restaurant during the business times. I have wasted most of my life waiting for my food to be cooked and served than actually getting my food. In regards to the food, the last few times I’ve gone the Beijing Beef has been BURNT and overcooked. I went last night and again it was overcooked and so was the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Le sigh. I need to just start going to the Panda on Alemeda instead.

Pretty good serivce. By far the best Panda I have been to yet. The food was freshly prepared when I recieved my quick service. The employee at the drive thru was very courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend coming to this Panda Express.

When I arrived to eat at this Panda Express I was surprised how fresh the food is! I usually get chow mein and teriyaki and my god, it was surprised how delicious it could be! Definitely recommend this location.

I have a major problem with this Panda Express and this drive thru. I love the food at Panda, but the drive thru is wack. The workers seem to ALWAYS want me to pull to the front because something I order takes 3 – 5 minutes to cook and they don’t want me to wait at the window. Now I know that they are trying to keep their«car timer» as low as possible, but it defeats the purpose of a DRIVETHRU if I have to pull to the front and in some cases get out of my car to get my food! Yeah, not a good look.

I used to work in the area when this Panda first opened. «CITYOFCOMPTON».Ok sorry, had to make a shout out to all my peeps on Rosecrans. Anyway, the service was good, the food was always fresh(probably because it was new) and overall it was a quick spot to grab lunch when you only have an hour. The only problem with Panda, is I always feel like shit after I eat it! Lame.

The first time I went here it was on the drive-thru and I was disappointed in how long I had to wait. I got my order and my initial thought was that it was expensive for Chinese food even though the food tasted good. I figure that I give it another chance, so today I went through the drive-thru again and even though there was no line, they were out of all fried foods, so my choices were limited. I paid 9 dollars and change for fried rice and chow mein and 2 entrees and drink, which I think it’s pretty expensive. I usually pay about 5 or 6 bucks for the same. The reason I say that is because of the portion size were lacking. I got a small portion of chow mein that I gobbled up in a few bites and there was a bigger size of fried rice, but the entrees were small. I was not happy at all, since I’m a big guy, who was starving and I expected bigger portions. So, to conclude I will probably not be going there anytime soon. I rather look for another Chinese place that has better prices, portions and taste.

Worst drive thru in the existence of drive thru fast food. Expect to wait at least an hour on any given evening. I keep wanting to give it a second chance and I immediately regret it once I’m sandwiched between cars with no way out after I’ve been waiting for an eternity.

This Panda Express has a lot going for it. It’s in a newer area of Compton that is slowly expanding, it’s the only Panda Express around, and it’s next to Fresh & Easy and T-Mobile. I mean, come on! Who wants Fresh and Easy food? Let the Panda cook it for you. This Panda is new and conveniently located. It’s in the shopping center at the North East corner of Central & Rosecrans. Inside, the store is clean, organized and full of willing and helpful employees. The food was fresh when I arrived, even though I was the ONLY person here at 11:30am. I enjoyed a tasty 2 item combo and a Pepsi(blegh). The food was perfect. Better than any Panda here in Long Beach. The restrooms were also very clean, although they lack a mirror. That’s probably for the best though, it keeps tagging away. Kudos!
