Bad attitudes, and very condescending. They make T-Mobile look bad. I will never come back to this place. They expect you know everything, and if you don’t they will give you a bad attitude.

Had the best experience today. I disnt have to wait long and My rep Desmond was AWESOME!!! Exceptional customer service. He really went above any beyond. He helped me switch my plan and he helped me update my phone. He even waited and let me use his wifi so I could download my update. … Best experience hands down. The manager Cesar was also extremely helpful. I will be back.

In one word… awesome. The employees here go out of their way to make sure your experience is great. Their customer service is on point and we’ll worth the wait. Just remember if you go to a restaurant and there is no line… the place is probably not good. Some days you might have to wait.(That’s a good thing.) If you have a small business, come in and talk to Edwin, the business guru… :)

I went to this store and Edwin helped me with everything. He answered questions that I didn’t even have to ask. He was quick and efficient. I recommend going to this location because they have a full staff and they are all ready to help with everything their customers need.

When you plan on switching over to T-mobile, definitely make the trip over to this T-Mobile location because they have the best customer service. Both my wife and I agree that we never got this kind of attention and service from our past phone carrier services. We had visited another store and they did give us the information we needed. However, this location really has top-notch employees, specially the manager Cesar. We called to let them know we were running a little late due to traffic, but they still helped us out. Cesar even stayed past the closing time to answer all of our questions and get our account set up. Thu helped me out yesterday with getting a phone ordered for me and the process was smooth and efficient. Both times that we’ve been at the store, Cesar was there helping out with other customers, but was always aware of what was going on and able to help figure out the best deals for us. I really admire the team here. It’s very apparent that they all work as a team and collaborate. Even when it’s late and close to closing, or when their store is full with customers, each employee is still super friendly and patient. I never felt rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted to ask. When they call the representatives, it’s efficient and smooth. I like that even if you are waiting in their store to be helped, they still greet you and ask how they can help you. I noticed that everyone else in the store, including me, didn’t mind the wait since we knew that we’d be well taken care of by the team at this T-Mobile store. I would definitely recommend switching to T-Mobile because it saves you more money than AT&T or Verizon and they have good promotions going on right now. I’d also highly recommend going over to this T-Mobile shop to get set up, they are the best!

Horrible service across the board, they do not honor anything when they are the ones that are in the wrong. Long wait times, they prioritize wrong. Helping someone behind me in line buy headphones is more important than me needed my SIM card fixed! Jessy tries to talk down to ppl, they cater to who they want. Just bad service …

This place is horrible, no customer service at all! Stay away. Supervisors and sales associates have no people skills and definitely don’t know how to do a correct job. Took my mother to get a new phone little did I know these«sales associates» def don’t know how to do a good job. Supervisor was actually even worse! Thought I was going to actually get help from her but then realized the lady is lazy and didn’t fix the issue that I know could have been fixed since I do know someone that works at a different store and confirm my theory! Waste of money at this store! Fire them all.

Very dissatisfied with my visit. I took out a temporary loaner phone on the first of January for my girlfriend, I was given a receipt that would grant me reimbursement of the loaner fee. At which time was never informed of the time window i had to return the phone. I had made it clear I only wanted to take out a loaner phone if I could have it reimbursed. At which point sales associate Sebastian I believe his name was, informed me to keep receipt and charger in order to receive my funds. I’m complied. Today the 28th2 days prior to to the highlighted 30 days I had seen to be time of return, I was then informed that the policy was only for 14 days only. No where verbally nor on paper could they show me where that was said policy, and only after about 15 minutes of just standing there next ms dayjene I believe her name was before she actually went to ask someone who actually knew what she was doing. Nothing was clear other then I wasn’t getting my money back and the phone was mine to keep. Nice one t mobile, keep your phone and consider a 6 year customer gone. I believe this is the worst t mobile store I have come to visit. And with the recent service, reception, and overall t mobile customer assistance, I have to say I’m done.
