There are lots of reviews mentioning«long line» I don’t understand why that’s necessarily a bad thing. Seems like a lot of nitpicking, Considering we all waited in line including myself. I think the line went relatively fast, considering some customers didn’t know what they wanted. Which is ok with me, it all looks good. I do the same sometimes. I haven’t been to a Panda that wasn’t friendly. And, this location was no exception. As far as the food… well, if you’ve been to Panda you know it’s simply the best Chinese fast food.

The wait is usually my biggest issue honestly. I absolutely love the fact they keep things going smoothly and things are refilled ofteb. Usually by the time the bowl is about halfway I hear calls for fresh and I’m more than willing to wait a short time for fresh beef and broccoli or orange chicken. Their selection is wonderful as well!!! This is the place I go to for Chinese food. It blows other locations I’ve been to clear out of the water. When the food has been less than satisfactory on a low bar expectation, the managers will try to make it up usually and it’s appreciated when mess ups(which rarely happen) do occur. The place is jice, not too loud and always looks clean. Will keep coming back and recommend this location to anyone.

The chow mein looks incredibly greasy and the employees were super stingy with the servings. Didn’t get my moneys worth. Go elsewhere to get better service.

This establishment is so disgusting don’t waste your time or money eating at this dirty filthy restaurant. I just purchased two combo plates and one of my combos plates I found a huge long hair in my fried rice so gross !!! I went to tell the cashier and she rudely replied where’s the receipt instead of apologizing for the non cleanliness !! So I had to request to speak to the manager which offered a refund for one combo plate mind you I’m on my lunch break happened at 12:30 ish in the afternoon rush hour no time to drive and get something else to eat. So the manager replaced my food without a refund and on top of it gave me less food cuz they are only allowed to give you seven honey walnut shrimps ! Never again they are so rude and inconsiderate! The greeter name Adam is so rude rushing you to choose your items so annoying they need to remove him from the front and place him in the back no one deserves to be rushed and talk to rudely! I hope to get a response from a general manager who actually cares about they’re customer service and cleanliness, but judging from how the employees act toward they’re customers most likely I won’t be hearing from anyone !!

I got to the restaurant around 20 min before closing and some of the cashiers see you with a bad look because they are getting ready to close. Now I take that as very usual. But tonight Davonte H. the cashier said the usual«welcome to Panda» in such a bad manner that you immediately know you are not welcome, right next to that he asked«how can I help you?» But he turned aroud and kept doing tasks in the back of the counter, so I waited, then he insisted with a higher tone the same question, I told him you’re busy I wait, but he responded I can multitask, so I replied«even from the distance?» because I felt ignored and disrespected but still I didn’t complained to the manager. When I was eating he approached me and apologized. I assume he then realized he made a mistake and probably saw me on the phone looking at the receipt«„ Unilocal“». Conclusion The least you want to see when you eat out is unwelcoming faces and bad attitudes, You get this pretty much everywhere for null training in customer service but there’s also common sense, you wanna keep you job not get upset customers all the time because you tired and wanna go home! Just saying!

Cheap standard takeout Chinese. Food tastes good and wasn’t very greasy like Chinese can be. It’s quick and makes a good lunch stop because of the limited choices in the area. We frequent a few times a month for lunch.

I really enjoy coming to this location. I have not really had any issues. Aside from sometimes not being able to find parking. The location is great. The food taste like any other Panda express in Southern CA.

Came earlier today high strung with stress and with a weird order. The young gentleman helping us, Davonte, was helpful with our weird order on a weird morning. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and fresh food was coming out in a smooth rotation. I will definitely be coming back!

Order orange chicken online for the first. My receipt said walk to the check out line once inside. I get there and no one says anything to me for 10 mins. Then one guy asked me if I needed something while looking at me like I was stupid. This place always has rude customer service.

The food is good, taste like any other panda. I personally think its alot better than those random Chinese food joints around CPT. Panda seems a lot less greasy, with better quality meats, and noodles etc…

Two words. Paulette SUCKS!!! So bad to the point that I was going to order waaay more food, and her attitude literally turned me AND other customers off. If I see her, I will not be going in there. Otherwise it’s been pretty fair customer service in the past…

The store was crowded last night as it always is around dinner time. The line was long and to the door. Many items ran out quickly and portions seemed much smaller than other locations. Staff seemed as if they were trying to ration the food so as not to run out so quickly. There was a young African-American woman with glasses who was rude and unprofessional with patrons and another staff member who appeared to be new. I asked for my order to be double checked before leaving and the workers seemed inconvenienced by my request. Having worked in the fast food industry when I was younger I understand how it feels to get slammed. And knowing dinners get packed you should anticipate a crowd and cook extras to avoid long lines. The manager should have stepped in long before this point to assist staff members. Not once did anyone apologize for the wait. And you really don’t want to visit an establishment where workers openly complain, gripe about other workers, or roll their eyes.

I love Panda Express buuuut I HATE the service that I receive from one of the workers, PAULETTE, each and every time I go into Panda Express. Everyone knows, if you don’t like where you work, don’t work there and though she may mean well, it ALWAYS seems like she has an attitude with the world and that alone would make someone not want to do business at this location. My advice to PAULETTE is to check your attitude. Please be a bit more professional. Do not make your smile seem so phony and fake. I don’t know you, but even a few family members have complained about how rude and about how terrible your customer service has been in the past. With that being said, I hope thins change for the better. I would hate for a couple of employees to make an entire organization look bad, especially a business in Compton.

This is the second time I have had to complain about their new manager, Claudia. She is the most unqualified individual to fit this position. She is rude, slow, and has a horrible attitude. You can tell by her expression she hates her job. I work close by, I come here for my lunch break. My lunch break is the one hour of my day where I can relax for a bit and forget about work, I don’t want to see someone express how much they hate their job. It’s very unprofessional on a management standpoint. I have worked in management for the food industry when I was a teenager and never once would I have shown any negative emotions. Sucking it up so the consumer has an enjoyable experience is a part of the job as a manager. When Claudia is having a bad day, believe me you’ll know! I came in today at 11:53. Claudia decides to leave her staff and go sit in the back or maybe leave the store and not help her staff during the lunch rush. That is inexcusable. If you have to prepare something or pickup supplies you should have had that done before your most busiest time of day. Poor time management skills. She does not help her staff during the lunch rush as well. I filed a complaint to her senior manager in the past and he suggested that I cut her some slack because she is in training. So I did. But she has not gotten any better within the months after my complaint. If she was fired the store would be so much better off. Joe, the senior manager, on the other hand is phenomenal! That’s how a manager should be. Nothing bad to say about how as a customer, only good! This location has good food, and the location is close to my work. Unfortunately, I would never come back because of Claudia if there was a more convenient location.

The ingredients are so fresh every time I come here The assembly line that functions at all panda functions at this one as well, but a couple times they seem to be dysfunctional. Lets just blame it on the new person because the staff changes at fast food places like the weather. Overall this Panda gets my stamp o approval: Q!

Panda is not bad Chinese food. Really. And if you choose your entrees and sides wisely, it could be a healthy meal. I’ve been trying to avoid carbs as much as possible, it’s hard. I love bread, spaghetti & yes, rice too. I know when I start eating rice, I get fat. So to loose weight, I have limited my carb intake, specially rice. What to get, what to get here that’s healthy. For the sides: Mixed vegetable(70 Calories &0.5g of fat) Steamed Rice(380 Calories &0g of fat) For the entrée: String Bean Chicken Breast(160 Calories &6g of fat) Mushroom Chicken(180 Calories &9g of fat) Black Pepper Chicken 200 Calories &10g of fat) And my new favorite here: Hot and Sour Soup(100 Calories &3.5g of fat) and did you know it’s only $ 1 more when you get a meal or bowl. And it’s GOOD! surprised the heck out of me. lol. The Eggplant Tofu is a mirage, it has 310 Calories &24g of fat.(did you know that?) I was shock when I saw that, because I would always get this dish, thinking it was healthier, not so. I got the information from Panda Express — Nutrition Calculator, check out the link below: I know a lot of things has been written about Panda, Hopefully this was a different way of looking at Panda Express, a healthier alternative? maybe? But I still like the Orange Chicken with it’s 420 Calories and 21g of fat. hahaha.
