Came here to replace my charger which wasn’t working & was refused a new one because apparently it worked just fine to them when they plugged it up to their wall three days later it broke completely now I’m on 4% right now ! Better hope I don’t miss my appointment in the morning

Went in to see why my phone randomly turns off and malfunctions with the Bluetooth in my car at times. I had to wait a super long time for the rep to come up with no answers except to upgrade to a new phone that is more compatible with my car and a new 2-year contract. Hell no! This is exactly why I refuse to get a new phone now. At&t is ridiculous.

The worst… can’t answer questions and have terrible attitudes. Girl couldn’t answer any of my questions about my plan. I asked the AT&T representative how much to disconnect my service, she said«You can disconnect right now»! I walked out and went straight to T-mobile. Very friendly at T-Mobile. Walked out with a iPhone 6 plus, and preordered the new iPhone S Plus!!! Thank u rude people at AT&T!!!

Horrible customer service, employees are not knowledgable about their policy’s. The level of disrespect was unbelievable, I have been a customer of ATT for over 9 years and have never experienced anything like this. I will definitely not return to the Compton store, and I don’t recommend that you go.

Worst AT&T store ever! Needed to pick up 2SIM cards and was told by phone support to just walk in and pick some up and call back. Was told that they could not do that without activating the cards. I have walked in and done this many times with hundreds of sin cards and the manager was extremely rude like I was inconveniencing him by making him get up from this chair in the back and having to deal with a customer. Never dealing with this store ever again.

Poor customer service, they had no problem selling me a watch but when it came down to returning it within the 14 day period, they made excuses and said they could not. I asked the store number/ID so I could contact the corporate office but they did not know it(what the hell??). Toya was nice but not very informative or helpful, is it too much to ask to be helpful. The issue is still unresolved because I’ve tried to contact them over the phone at least 10 times and you cant get anyone to pick up. Ridiculous!

Try to give the city of Compton some business… BUT they always disappoint let me make this short and ugly this store has the worst customer service ever and I will never return here again I would advice everyone to do the same unless you like being treated like your not shoving out hundreds of dollars every month for AT&T service. Let the revolution begin!!!

My rating is based on this long ass wait that I am currently going through. First, there’s like a million people here and you MUST sign in or get checked in by one of the representative. The wait is as long as the wait at the DMV in Compton. SMH!!!

This review if for the Service at this AT& T Store. I needed to pay my lan line(Wife changed billing to on-line billing, without telling me. I pay the bills, lol) They were very very helpful. They got the code I needed to pay the bill from their payment center machine. Appreciated it a lot. Thank you very much.
