They didn’t even bring my food and I waiting 2 hrs that’s the last time I eat pizza hut

Ordered buffalo state of mind pizza and I was very very disappointed, instead of buffalo sauce they used teriyaki sauce that was terrible I am very upset.

I witnessed one employee drop a piece of chicken out the freezer state «oh I drop some chicken» she picked it up and just put it right back in the freezer… guess they don’t care about sanitation at this location

Got pizza delivered last night by a cool guy named Richard his customer service was awesome and he carried a smile, unfortunately my pizza was cold dont know if ill go back to that one. I might have to go to dominoes they have good vustomer service and always give me coupons

Used to order from this place about twice a week but my recent times from placing «delivery» orders, I’ve gotten this HORRIBLE driver that refused to give me my change MULTIPLE times and I finally got the courage to demand my change and she got very upset and started making faces at me! I ordered pizza today hoping I didn’t get her again, but to my dismay, I got a call from her very angrily saying she couldn’t find my house, girl you know where my house is! Seriously get better drivers that don’t hassle customers and lie to them about «not carrying change». ****PEOPLE! If the drivers say «I don’t carry change, sorry» THEY ARE LYING! They are trying to keep it as a tip!****

This place is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE The people working here are nasty and disgusting.
So okay I go here and order two medium pizza two toppings well really didn’t get the two topping I could literally count all 20 of my toppings haha 20 lololol seriously. The pizza was warm 5 mins later it was cold not to mention the nastiness.
So I pull up to this place and I notice two guys taking out trash and putting trash in the dumpster okay… 2 mins later I pay for the food next thing you know the Two guys come in. Then guess what they both walk into the kitchen one begins to make a pizza throwing cheese on dough and the other begins to bring my pizza too me haha SERIOUSLY (NO JOKE)! The girl can see the disgust on my face and tells the two guys in Spanish to go wash their hands because I’m watching lol as if I don’t know any Spanish… tsk tsk never assume. So even then because I paid for it and because of my extreme hunger I took a bite worst mistake ever i nearly threw up cold topping tasted old idk what I was thinking when I decided to order here.
Besides coming off a Cut and Being really hungry smh…
Will never be back calling my bank to get my refund.

It was about The third time my husband has gotten pizza from them. He will sometimes buy his crew pizza on Friday. Everyone who ate the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza got food poisoning.
I lost 5 pounds in two days I was so sick. I also ended up missing some work it took about a week for my body to fully recover from this horrible experience.
Unfortunately now when someone mentions Pizza Hut my stomach turns

They need to hire more professional and experience. These employees are lazy. they work slow. Waiting for 1hr. Pizza not reaady. Terrible terrible. Manager probably doesn’t care.

staff is horrible. they yell and scream at customers because they have a complain about cold pizza.
i will not return back to this place again.
pizza hut standards are not followed at this location. i asked them to use a clean cutter and in front of my eyes they used the old used cutter and insisted they used the new one.
when politely asked the pizza maker responded arrogant.

There was a piece of yarn in my crust! Never again! At first when we called for a refund we were lied to about the manager leaving and there was no available supervisor that we could speak to. The manager took 45 minutes to send out another pizza. Horrible customer service.

So its july 3 2014 it says they close at 12 b_​itch say they closed at 11 i hope the supervisor or corporate sees this comment and take action!

From the moment I called; to the student delivering my pizza, the service was great. The pizza was just as I ordered it, and still hot.
My only gripe is the 3.25 $ added to my order for a delivery charge. This charge, as I understand it only benefits the company and discourages the customer from tipping the driver. I’ll be back as a carry out customer.

The estimate 20 minute wait turned into an almost 45 minute wait.
Now I see why it has a star and a half

i’m sure most of us know what pizza hut tastes like so this review is based more on service; NOT the best. i’ve ordered pizza from here before and have stopped because the service is bad. i’ve stopped calling for a while at times and when i call back, it’s just another poorly trained employee who talks ghetto.
