Server was pleasant, that was the pest part. He was drinking soda instead of serving. Had to ask for silverware before our food came out. When our food was served we ask if we had everything, we didn’t. I ordered crapes egg mushrooms ect. The grease and paddled on my plate. I got my pancake when I was almost finished. Save you money.

Went there with my family of 8. Didn’t get a detailed bill and didn’t know the tip was already included in bill and tipped waitress another 20 percent. Not happy getting scammed that way

Had the worst customer service in my life here. was sat down after about a 15 minute wait for a table, which is average at an ihop so it was expected. Me and my wife looked at the menu and we’re triing to decide what sounded good which is just about everything there. We waited sat there for 30 minutes never meeting our waiter or waitress, and noticed everyone that was sat after us was already eatting. Finally my wife got someone’s attention and let them know we hadn’t been acknowledged by anyone other than the person who sat us yet. She apologized and brought us our drinks, mine had food floating in it. We waited an additional 15 minutes and still never had a waitress or waiter talk to us. At that point I said we are leaving and we walked out still very hungry and displeased with this resteraunt.

Worst experience ever. Took 30 minutes to get our order in and another 30 minutes to get food. Things may be more organized if every waitress in the restaurant was trying to run one table. We finally recieved our food but had to wait 10 more min for forks. My mushroom burger was a dried out party with a slop of toppings with a side of cold fries. The only decent thing I recieved was a fresh salad. I won’t be returning.

Oh IHOP. I love that you are open 24 hrs. And that I can get breakfast at any time. Or not. But you don’t judge me or restrict me in my love for breakfast food. I always get breakfast here but decided to try a chicken sandwich last time. It was actually decent. Good chicken, cheese, peppers. Big enough that I made 2 meals out of it. I would get it again for sure. The only down side is the time I wanted to use my free birthday meal & I was alone — the server acted weird about it and had to ask if that was«ok». Let’s just say I didn’t think it was ok so I left a bit pissed. I just wanted to read my book and have some eggs dude… To sum it up it isn’t the best food I have ever had but it isn’t the worse. I never crave it but wouldn’t say no to going here.

It’s IHOP, so you get what you get. But it’s not the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been to.

I’m done with IHOP. After bad experiences at this location and the Celebration Cinema location, I’ve decided that there are plenty of better places to get breakfast. Today we waited to get drinks. Then we waited to order. Then we waited a half an hour for our food to come out, and it was mediocre at best. The staff seemed friendly – I don’t know if it was poor service or just that they are not capable of properly handling the crowd on a Saturday morning.

As a child, my parents would take us to IHOP after Sunday mass. I haven’t been to an IHOP in about twenty years, so I was looking forward to brunch with my father when he invited me. I had the Garden Omelet(minus mushrooms, YUCK!) & naturally a short stack of buttermilk pancakes. The Omelet was so big it dragged over the plate. Food was tasty, restaurant was clean and our server was quick and attentive even though the place was crowded… always a good sign for a restaurant. Definitely would recommend hitting IHOP if you want to relive a childhood experience.
