A&A Window Cleaning

Terrible Customer Service. I’ve tried to book an appointment to use my Living Social Coupon and owner doesn’t respond. I’m very disappointed. Not a good investment. I wouldn’t advise contacting this business… They don’t need your business.

We finally got our windows cleaned today for the first time since we moved in. Now, I’m writing this review while watching our spotless windows. (really, they are like see through windows. …Afraid my kids might bump into glass…)
Besides, they are professional and doing a good job in fast way.
The only thing is we both tried our best to fit each other’s schedule. It seems take a bit time. But i have to say. it worthy a little bit wait.

We had a very unsatisfactory experience with A & A Window Cleaning. It was challenging to coordinate a time. He wanted us to work around his schedule rather than ours.
He, Amel, committed to being the one to provide the services however, the morning of our scheduled appt. a different business (A1 Spotless Window Cleaning and Spotless Window Cleaning and Auto) ran by the father presented his business as he were the one we booked our services through. He was quick to point out that a tip was expected but could not put it on the voucher and made the point to say this several times throughout the poor cleaning.
Several windows were missed, most all window tracks were not completely cleaned. When trying to coordinate to return to finish the job properly and find a resolution he was very defensive and aggressive but eventually came to complete the work to a satisfactory level. The overall experience was very disappointing. When contacting the owner of this company, A&A Window Cleaning he initially instead of apologizing tried justifying that he had family issues that prevented him from coming out in the morning. We would have expected a phone call explaining this and offer to us to either reschedule or go ahead with his Dad’s company.
Over all we would not recommend either of these companies. We had a very unsatisfactory experience.

A & A Window Cleaning were great. They were able to schedule me in quickly, and the crew of 3 was very efficient and thorough. The customer service was great and my windows look terrific. Highly recommended!

They arrived on time and worked diligently for 2.5 hours, doing a nice job. They also did more than what the agreed to – these guys are hustling to build their business through excellent customer service. I recommend them.

EXCELLENT! Highly recommend. They did a fantastic job plus even some extra things that were not included! Super nice, very professional. They worked with my crazy schedule to find a time to fit in an appointment for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got a living social deal through them — very responsive when I called and came right away. They did an AMAZING job in what seemed like minutes… I will definitely call them the next time I need windows done…
