Ann Taylor Factory Store

Ann Taylor can be a bit overwhelming with all the displays & massive amounts of clothing. Depending on the season, I can either find a whole lot or find a whole lot of nothing.
These prices are similar to the ones you would see at a free standing Ann Taylor store.
While there’s a lot of clothing, it does seem to be quite organized & clean. There’s plenty of employee presence around, straightening up & asking if you need assistance.
There’s plenty of fitting rooms to use. Another cool element of customer service is dry erase boards by the individual rooms. They write your name on the board & periodically ask if you need anything.
This is a great place to shop for professional work clothing, a bit more upscale than Ann Taylor Loft.
