Staff were amazing here. I accidentally left one of my pints after paying and was freaking out. It was after closing but they answered my phone call and stayed late and after hours to let me come and pick it up. A++ Thank you BR you made my night!

Love this place! I usually go to the Baskin Robbins in downtown Concord but I’m glad we stopped off at this one on Oak Grove and Treat. I went to get a treat for my kids after their game and Jamal assisted us. He had my kids cracking up, joking with them and even asking them about their game. They also liked his hair lol. This store also is pretty trendy with a look I’ve never seen before. Thanks Jamal for the great customer service, me and the kids found a new ice cream shop.

I really like ice cream then again who wouldn’t like ice cream, it’s a source of calcium, right? Right!!! Baskin Robbins has many choices of optimal flavors. I wouldn’t consider this place to be my favorite ice cream place, it is one of them though. I just wish Baskin Robbins would give you more ice cream for the money.
Forgot to mention this is the Baskin Robbins were an older women ran into the store one day, apparently she lost control of her car, fortunately no one was hurt.

Been going to this Baskin Robins since the 80’s and its still standing! Just discovered two new flavors: PB&J and Blueberry Cheesecake. My wife stands by Mint Chip. People working here are always nice

I had a scoop of the Love Potion #31! Deelish! I’m not a big fan for dark chocolate or raspberries, but this flavor was surprisingly yummy!
The guy at the register was very friendly and patient with me! After my forth flavor sample, I finally chose that one. I guess it only comes around Valentines day, so I’ll be back for another scoop sometime soon!

So I have only been to this Baskin Robbins twice and I live very close, so I am actually quite proud of myself for only going there those two times. I am a huge fan Pralines and Cream so both times that I have been there I got that as one of my scoops and it was great both times. I cant remember what else I got the first time but this last time I got mint ice cream as my second scoop and boy was it good. Man, after writing this review I think I will be visiting BR for a third time.

So we pretty much know what we are gonna get at Baskin Robbins really good ice cream at a decent price. No fancy «gourmet» flavors just a cone or a Sunday. That being said my BF and I come here almost once a week for a treat. Why? Because the young men and women who work here are the best! They have great costumer service!

Okay so I have to say first that Thrifty’s brand ice cream is my favorite. I can’t ever lie about this. BUT, if I’m going to cheat on Rite Aid, I’m going to do it at this BR location. I really wish I’d bought a turkey ice cream cake for Thanksgiving :(but I didn’t since I didn’t know if I could pick it up ON the holiday, and we had to drive to family’s house so it wouldn’t have made the road trip. I really wanted to review it. With an awesome picture to boot!
This BR has wonderful service and nice employees. I’m really glad they reopened after the car ran into their store. Ice cream! Yummm

Good for a quick ice cream fix. This location is closed for now though. some old lady accidentally hit the gas while parking one morning and drove straight through the plate glass window. Being closed is probably the best for my health though :)

I LOVE baskin Robbins. I know it’s not the best ice cream in the world, and I know it’s not healthy or anything fancy schmancy, but in my opinion, nothing compares to their mint chocolate chip!
It’s what I grew up and it’s what I crave 99% of the time.

There’s nothing wrong with Baskin Robbins; we’re just lucky we have plenty of spectacular independent ice cream shops here in the bay.
This place is clean, the service is fine, and most importantly, they have plenty of flavors! I love sampling the flavors here. It’s almost hard to pick your favorite.
The best thing about Baskin Robbins is the free ice cream scoop coupon they email you for your birthday! I’ve been a birthday club member ever since I was little!

Far and away the cleanest and roomiest BR I’ve ever been in. They have the dollar kid cups here, but only for bubble-​gum ice cream or vanilla soft serve.
The dollar kid cup policy seems to vary by BR location. Limiting your kid to bubble-​gum or vanilla soft serve is a bit cruel, I think. The Todos Santos Concord store lets you pick any flavor. The Aptos BR has never heard of the dollar kid cup.

I was on a working lunch and wanted a quick snack. I went here to get a Cappuchino Blast for a Caffeine fix. Imagine my surprise to see the Cappuccino Blast for $ 2.99 for a 16 oz. The people are friendly here and I did not have to wait long. I was in and out in no time flat. I hope the promo last throughout Summer. I definitely will stop by again for the CB!

No proper line system.
So, whoever they feel like serving they will serve. Else, you are stuck until u are asked.
THIS PLACE SUCKS & IS ROTTEN.
Today Saturday @ 3:00 PM… One server & the other busy with her cakes. She could have helped the customers instead of decorating the cakes. I don’t think anyone was rushing in for the cakes anyway. Everyone wanted ice cream lady. Not her stupid cakes. We waited for 10 minutes & still no help. We left & went to the Concord B& R.
My verdict — I will never go this shop. You may visit @ your own risk.

Yay! I’m such a fan of this Baskin Robbins. It’s always my go-​to place to get ice cream cakes for my kids’ b-​day parties. I don’t know why I’m always such a procrastinator, but I’m always dashing in on the DAY OF the party. Their selection of on-​the-​spot cakes is fairly large with popular ice cream flavors plus good color schemes, and they’re always so accomodating. I usually come here, pick out the cake I need, give them the verbiage for the top of the cake, and then go to pick up some other last minute items from TJ’s next door. Then by the time I’m done, my finished cake is waiting in the freezer ready for me. All that’s left is to personalize it with the party’s theme — usually we do this with a separate cake topper and candles.
It’s one less thing I have to think about beforehand. And for that, yeah, I’m a big fan!
