Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream

I came here last nite with the hubs. It looks newly remodled, but they need to remodel their service! We were there along with 3 other couples/​grops of customers… 2 were being helped, so we were patiently waiting our turn. When the first one was done, the second person went to go help the first person ring up their order and clean up the back part of the store which I guess they were making cakes at, completely ignoring us, so we waited for a few minutes longer til the other person was done and he helped us. We had this BOGO coupon for sundaes and wanted to both try the York Peppermint Pattie sundae but they said they couldn’t make it for us because they didn’t have brownies. My hubs used to work at BR for a very long time, so he asked if they could sub something else in and they wouldn’t. We decided to get a diff sundae which the person making it for us did not know how to make. He kept referring back to the sundae book to look at the recipe I guess. I was getting irritated while just watching him make it because it was taking so long. He couldn’t even scoop the ice cream with a regular ice cream scooper… he started taking out this flat shovel thing to scoop the ice cream up. I swear we were in there for 30 minutes just ordering.

Remember that party during winter break after you left for college where she started talking with you and you thought that was really weird because she wouldn’t give you the time of day back in high school?
Um, me neither.
I do remember that this location is smaller and has less parking than the one just down the street.
