I love this Mcdonalds. The staff is so friendly and the place is so clean. One of my most favorite places to eat at.

Everything is terrible. The cheeseburgers are pathetic. Whoever is making them clearly dont give a sh! t about their job. I orded a large fry in the drive thru, I asked the lady for some ketchup… OMG it was like I ruined her day! This chick handed me 2 packets of ketchup. I was shocked considering I orded a large fry, I then asked for more & she gave me 2 more. I will never come back. Screw this garbage of a place. You people dont deserve 15 $ an hour lol

Why is there a warning label on my food? It’s located in the lobby. I don’t drink, smoke or drink gasoline, but it’s the same warning label on my food. I feel sick now.

Always open and orders are almost always correct. Overall food quality is mediocre. Not every fast food restaurant can be a Chipotle. Egg white cheddar sandwich without ham is awesome! The cost for this is somewhat expensive for fast food. Getting a hot fudge sundae for a $ 1.50 is pretty great though!

Clean, remodeled, nice play area for little ones. Gentleman by the name of Chris who was cleaning the kids area saw me struggling with my own babies, and opened it up early. I owe him my life.

I wish I can give it a 0 with three exclamation points. The cashier that the took my food order had very very very sorry customer service, heavily incompetent. She seem to be upset for having to be at work. She short changed me and didn’t say anything until I had dressed it. I informed the corporate office of the situation but they insulted me by giving me 1 coupon for a small iced beverage. What a joke I will never, ever, ever, return to this place!

I’ve gone to all the MacDonald’s in the area. The only MacD that’s worse is the Park & Shop MacD. There they have to ask the manager if they serve Big Macs. At the Clayton Rd store, every trip through the drive through is like getting a box of Cracker Jacks. You’ll never know what you’ll find in the bag. The new hires are sharper and nicer than the old timers or regulars. There’s one guy who’s been there for a long time, flat out lies every time I ask him if included everything in the order. And he doesn’t care. At least the new employees check. This has been going on for years.
When I got an Egg McMuffin that was pretty raw, I had to warn others.

First time here because closest to my place and I’m starving from my noc shift work. One thing I noticed: The meanest McDonald’s crew eveeeeeer! Especially that OLD LADY IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!!! 0 stars but can’t leave a review without a rating. Pweh!

I know we came on the graveyard shift but this was terrible all the way around. We come up to the drive thru and some guy is making a fake asian accent. He was super sarcastic and when I pulled around this old white guy acted like nothing happen. Then I pull up to the second window to get my food and this cocky asian kid said in a creepy voice «Hellloooo ladies» and proceeded to peer into my car. I ignored him and he left the window. I hear all this comotion like someone is literally killing the chicken for my nuggets and terrible Kung fu sound effects. Then the Asian kid literally slid to the window with a crumpled bad of food and told me to have a great day.
The Nuggets were really good and fresh (probably because he killed the chicken when I ordered). The fries and coke were terrible. I don’t know what was in the coke. It tasted rank. The fries made me gag and tasted like metal and old oil. I have thrown up twice and will be reporting them in the morning. DON’T GO THERE ON GRAVEYARD!

The employees here are so rude it’s pathetic. Huh? What? Yeah… are not ways to a dress customers. No thank you… have a good nite… Just a bunch of rude, young ass punks!

Came in with my 2-​year old at about noon and they are cleaning the HELL out of their play structure! Nice!

Mc. Is cool. Glad. We have one. Its close and cool. Warm and friendly. Happy people works insode. never a dull moment inside mc. Happy meals are cheap and you get filled. Plus a toy. There fries are just so delish. You just got to have or try.

Got home and my mighty kids meal was lacking yogurt. AND they gave me the Mario kart toy instead of the beanie baby. Try explaining that to a small child at 10pm.
This mc Donald’s sucks.

Mcdonald’s here is bigger than the average Mac. large parking lot mostly filled. dining room nearly filled. a short line but it moved quickly.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I sat in one lane of the drive thru while three cars had their orders taken in the other lane and ended up leaving with no food because no one would take my order. I will never go back.

I just retuned home & discovered that I’ve been cheated out of a sausage & egg McMuffin. That’s the final straw!
Although I like the new facility, my daughter always enjoys the indoor play structure and its the only McDonalds that is somewhat close to Clayton… I have decided that I will not return. Too often things have been left out when I use the drive thru which is the equivalent of stealing from the customer.
Check your order carefully because these guys will rip you off!

Looking for a quick bite and something cheap… $ 1 Value menu is the way to go…
You can’t really go wrong with McD’s Dollar Menu, they offer enough choices to satisfy your hunger and you can usually drive off with a complete meal or more for all under $ 6 – 7, compared to their numbered choices.

Love the fish sandwiches. Crispy and tasty with a tartar sauce and soft bun. The fries are good and the service is OK. They are knocking this one down and building a new one as I speak.

Where do you go at 6:30am when you only have 10 minutes for breakfast? McD’s of course for an egg mcmuffin and Diet Coke.

24 hour drive thru = winning!
Other than that, your typical McD’s. Always some fun bums wandering around the parking lot.
