Used to love KFC original chicken had several really bad experiences a few years back but had a craving at noon so I stopped by I ordered a lunch of original white chicken pieces thinking this should be a good time to get it right but to my surprise they told me they didn’t have any. Lunch time they have no chicken OWNERS FAULT CAN’T BE FIXED NO NEED TO GO BACK IF THEY DON’T HAVE CHICKEN AT NOON WHAT HAPPENS AT DINNER.
They should be ashamed how bad they have become

I’m not an enormous fan of KFC because I’m not an enormous fan of fried chicken; however, the customer service I received from last night’s experience at this particular KFC I am definitely a fan of.
I went through the drive through around 5:30 last night, and because I ordered their doubleliciuos sandwich I was told to pull around to the front of the restaurant because the sandwich is made to order. I have no problem with that, the only thing was that exiting the drive thru means a right turn only, which in turn means making two U-​turns just to make it back to the front. I pull up to the front, and after about ten minutes of waiting I decided to just step inside and pick it up myself.
The woman who originally took my order noticed me come in and immediately apologized and informed me that my order was coming right up. A minute later the man who also helped me at the drive thru handed me my food, and he also apologized. Even though the apologies weren’t necessary you can tell they were genuine which makes all the difference. The bell for good customer service was definitely being rung that night.
The sandwich was pretty amazing as they said. It was definitely not one of my healthiest decisions I’ve ever made, with the crispy chicken, bacon, and cheese; however, who goes to KFC for health reasons anyways, right? Even though I miss mojo potato type fries they were just OK, but the buttery biscuits are always a good addition.
I don’t remember your names, but to the two people who helped me at the drive thru: Thank You.

It took 40 min from moment walked in to the time we got our food. Lobby full of pissed off people.
Nobody in charge, dining room disgusting.
In the middle of the craziness the cashier grabs her backpack and goes on break!
I finally told people walking in the door that they would have a long wait. They all left!

I love KFC. BUT pretty much every time I go the employees have no customer service skills. I understand it’s fast food but at least talk to me like a human being. I remember i went one time and they were completely out of grilled chicken. Like they hadn’t ordered any. This alone raises like a billion questions. Then another day I just wanted an apple pie and the man said that it will take 8 minutes because no one really orders them. So, bad customer service, bad ordering of supply’s, and now there’s a weight time for apple pies. This is the only location I have a problem with. :/

I’ve always liked KFC, especially their Popcorn Chicken. I don’t actually go that often to KFC so ordering today was really quite confusing. Thankfully the cashier, Rita, helped me out and explained what meals came with sides and what didn’t. I think that this is probably some of the best customer service I have received at a fast food restaurant. Overall, a great customer experience!

This KFC is pretty much like all the others, though it’s a little bit older or in a more established part of Concord. It’s at least conveniently located just off of Clayton Road. The food is what you expect from KFC with pretty good original recipe chicken and the usual sides.

Chicken is normally pretty bad. They sometimes under cook it, which is gross. But more importantly I just waited 4 minutes at the speaker to order before being greeted by anyone. It’s 15 minutes before close and there are 4 cars behind me and zero in front of me the entire time and none in the parking lot. What the fuck could take that long? Almost thought they were closed early, which I wouldn’t hold against them but put a sign up if so and at least greet your guests if open. It’s not that hard. Just super rude and really impolite.

What a horrible meal., our 8 piece-​chicken meal, the pieces were the size of a Cornish hen, was old as if it were cooked 3 days ago. And we paid $ 18 with a coupon! The guy who took our order was an idiot, talked slang, which I guess he thought was cool, and made us concerned about what going inside must be like. We’ve eaten KFC for many years, off and on, going to this same location, but never again. I’m done with them. Their prices are sky high for the crap they serve. Old, dried, tired out chicken… what happened to them? I bet Col. Sanders has flipped over in his grave several times over.

This place has turned into a dump! We went in on Tuesday night. The cashier was nice. Took our order. We asked for frosty mugs. They had none. She asked Cliff the manager for assistance. Cliff said, we won’t have any more cold mugs for the rest of the night. While he just finished making a shake, he left it on the edge of the counter. It fell on the floor. It splattered all over. Instead of wiping the things down. He literally got the garden hose. Sprayed EVERYTHING down, including the oven door where the chicken is in, the containers where you put the chicken in. The floors as if the store was closing. It was so gross. Water was everywhere! His lazy ass is the manager? As we stood mortified waiting for our food to dine in. EVERY table was filthy dirty. We told the employee there, MARY AND CLIFF. The response. Ok, sorry. Nothing was done. When the cashier took her break after we got our food. She was eating in the lobby. Cliff went out there with her and grabbed some of her watermelon. Ate it and went back behind the counter. That lobby was still disgusting and not yet touched by anyone! We have been going there for years. I don’t know why it went down hill. Popeye’s is up the street. It’s clean, friendly. It’s time to switch. KFC hired some lazy good for nothing people who don’t care about their job or their customers! It’s sad.

This KFC is a good example of why you should read the actual reviews, and not just go by the number of stars. One lady gave them 1 star complaining that her chicken wasn’t ready when she got to the drive up window, but she’s still coming here after 6 years, because «the cook is the best». Another gave 1 star because they were out of crispy dark meat at 8 pm on a Monday.
Here’s what I want to know; how’s the food? How’s the service? And if the food is really good, then the service doesn’t need to be perfect frankly.
I’ve been to this KFC more than a few times now. The food has been good, and the staff is always friendly. This last time I had to wait a whole 5 minutes for my food, for which they apologized and asked if I minded waiting, it was hot & fresh. I just wish my Pepsi didn’t taste like root beer. Come on people, it’s fast food fried chicken, not fine dining filet mignon.

For the passed 6 years these motha fuckas have never had my food ready. Wtf is the point of a drive thru? They tell u to wait at the pizza place next door almost everytime. And u can’t even get to the parking lot from the drive through. Ur just forced into heavy traffic. The only reason I go is because the cook does the best job with the chicken and its the only one around.

Nice and friendly service and the food is pretty decent here. I like the grilled chicken because it’s pretty healthy compared to any other fast food out there. Peel off the skin and don’t eat the sides… low cal. And good protein for anyone trying to watch what they eat. Decent prices too.

There was no one in the restraunt because Popey’s just opened up. There was no soda lids the counters were so dirty with garbage all over it. There were dirty tables that hadn’t been cleaned. Come on guys get on the cleaning. You have big competition now. I would choose clean over dirty any day.

Just Left KFC tonight! Everyone BEWARE!!! I placed my order and was never advised they were out of dark meat chicken tonight! I pulled up to the window to pay to be informed by the manager, I think, and was told that they were out of dark meat chicken!!! I was so frusterated that I sat in line and had to leave empty handed. He didn’t even try to make it right! How the hell are you out of chicken at 8pm on a monday night?! Thank GOD they opened up a Popeye’s not too far away! I have always been a fan of KFC but NO MOREI will never go back there again!

I normally don’t eat «fast food» so of course I don’t review fast food restaurants, but this one is the exception. I have only been here about 5 times total, but every single time I have gone there, they are out of something. This last time they were out of all dark meat chicken. You are KFC, that is what you do is sell chicken, how can you be out??? Other times, they have not had grilled chicken of any kind, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and cheese curds. It is amazing that EVERY single time I have been there, they are out of something. Who ever does the ordering for this place, obviously does not know how to do their job. I know that it happens every once in a while to a restaurant, but come on, on all 5 visits, there is something they don’t have. Oh and the time they take to make a simple order has been sometimes 25 mins or more. This is pathetic really.

Not 2 many ppl but not too many workers at this time of night.. I hafta get my A & W fix tonight…

As bad as it can get… I stop by with my wife last night to order a family meal and everything they give us wasn’t great at all… We had same meals at other locations this was night and day… Stay away from them… KFC franchise should check them out asap…

I know, who reviews KFC? It’s the same everywhere and has been for all time. Well, being a good Unilocaler, I saw how inconsistent the KFCs were in the area and drove an extra 15 minutes to go to the best reviewed location. The staff was very friendly and attentive. However, the food was awful. Cold, dry, and soggy. Not good fried chicken. But, the worst offense was ordering some of the Bites, only to have one of them not even be meat! It was just a piece of fried chicken skin (which wasn’t awful, but certainly not as advertised). Very disappointing.
