Over the years, Alan has serviced several of my appliances. Every time he fixes them completely and efficiently. In addition he talks me through possible contributors to their breakdown and advises me how to shop for new and maintain current appliances. He looks for entire solutions not just the single issue at hand. He’s the ‘uncle’ whose advice you always can rely on.

Alan is extremely knowledgable when it comes to brands and appliances. He has repaired our washing machine, oven, and dishwasher. He returned our call in a timely manner, arrived in the given window of the scheduled time, and took time to explain the issue and the possible options. Highly recommend this company!

Alan Angel of Better Homes wired my furnace so my wi-​fi thermostat would have power. He climbed into my attic and pulled wire from my furnace to my thermostat. He really knows furnace/​air conditioners. I felt he was very reasonable and he is a very nice person. I will definitely call him again.

I have used Alan’s services a couple times – for our washing machine and range. He is prompt with returning calls, competent when on the call, thorough in his work and explanations and I feel I can trust his diagnosis.

When our dishwasher didn’t drain well, I was referred to Better Home Services by the home warranty company. Alan returned my call within 24 hours. He did his best to accomodate my children’s pick up schedule so that he could visit me on the following day. He arrived within the time specified. He talked professionally while he was friendly. He thoroughly inspected the dishwasher, spending more time than I expected. In the end he informed me of the recall issued for our dishwasher back in 2007, and suggested we call GE for that matter. He explained to me that there were several issues on our dishwasher. He sent his report to our homewarranty company within the specified timeline. We received a brand new dishwasher. I recommend Better Home Services!
