Confusing return policy. Receipt says sales are final; but also states that returns may be made within 10 days or exchanges within 30 days as long as shoes are unworn, with original receipt with original box. I returned within 5 days with a pair of shoes unworn, with original receipt, and original box but the sales rep said that it only applies to online purchases and refused a return or exchange. Oookay, so «Nowhere on the receipt does it say that it only applies to online purchases and why would a store receipt list the online policy in the first place?» The store rep answered, «I don’t know. I didn’t it write that.» *sigh* Anyway, it would’ve been nice to at least get an exchange for those scuffed shoes. Fortunately, I went to another location and they were understanding and at least exchanged the shoes. They’re closing down soon but for what it’s worth, this is a fair warning: receipts say they’ll accept returns within 10 days, but they really don’t unless it’s online… but of course they oh so conveniently leave that online part out.

The star is for Lesley because she was very nice and helpful. But the bad review is for Bethany and her lazy, bulls#¡+ customer service. My friend and I went in because they were having a store wide clearance sale. We saw boots marked down with a sticker saying $ 24 and we were sold. I was getting the black pair and my friend got the brown pair, both pairs were marked $ 24. When I was paying, Bethany said that according to her chart the boots are $ 27 and were supposed to be marked as such. Even though we showed her the boots on display with the $ 24 sticker she still sold me the pair for the price that was supposed to be written, $ 27. Fine, it was still a good deal, even though I should have been given the sticker price. Whatever. But then my friend goes up to purchase her boots and she’s honored the sticker price! When I asked for the price adjustment since she gave it to my friend she gave me some B.S. reason as to why she wouldn’t do it and tells me ‘well [I] still got a good deal for them.’ Are you kidding me? That’s not the point. She was just being a lazy witch.

I can only speak for myself and my experience was amazing. I walked in and CHRISTINA greeted me with a big hello and a big smile! She was so kind and helpful I actually bought a pair of shoes!!! I’m VERY picky and comfort is my number one priority. I had Christina’s full attention and I enjoyed my experience. I’ll be back bc the prices were great, shoes were cute and the service was excellent!!! Thanks Christina!!! !!!

Very disappointed, went in yesterday to possibly purchase some shoes but every shoe that I liked was out they need to have more sizes available it’s really upsetting when you go in planning to buy new pairs of shoes and they don’t have anything you like ! I love their shoes hopefully next time I go back they have a better amount of stock

I wish I could give no stars. Poor excuse for customer service. I will never buy another pair of shoes from this place(I’ve been a good customer for 5 years). When customer service emails you that a district manager will call you about a defect, they are lying and they won’t. Then when you call the district manager(since they never called you), the district manager will turn on customer service and tell you that customer service was wrong to tell you that they could help even though you have everything in emails. I guess their game is to run you in circles until you have no options. What is the point of having a district manager if they can’t do anything, especially exchanging a defected, unworn pair of shoes that are still in the box? It sounds to me that Cathy Jean has no need for a district manager as the job is obsolete and they have no more authority than a regular employee. Sad.

Worst costumer service ever! The girls working there are very rude and they used swear words in front of me. I felt that all they were trying to do was get my money and not actually help me find some shoes. Even the«manager» was extremely rude and had attitude to me. Wont go back again!
