Burnt wings i hope not next time… Thank you

I ordered after midnight so it got here hot. Tastes great. But their delivery guy needs to find a new job. I used to deliver pizza, and the skinny guy with freckles has a bad attitude. Thanks to the cooks though, great job.

When you have that late night pizza craving this is exactly what you’re hoping for lol. They are open late, deliver, and taste good. Thumbs up

The manager Jonathan simply did not want to deliver because they were busy. His customer service was so low I couldn’t believe he was the manager. He didn’t want to help to the extent of him saying he would get «fired over a this». Solid attitude!

bad service… didnt even take our order and hung up on me without no good reason. just wanted pizza but i guess ill take my service somewhere else. employees working the night of september 19 should be fired! for bad customer service. i feel sorry for rating it 1 star cause it really deserves no stars.

Love this place. 1– about a year ago I had subpar food from here. Contacted them. The owner was amazing! Contacted me w/​I 24/​hours and made it right. 2– it’s .25 miles away from me. So I, em, pretend to exercise on the way there. 3– everything is HOT. My food is never just saying getting cold waiting on a shelf. They time things well. 4– good staff.
The food– its dominos idk at other dominos. This place is not sloppy. Products are made with high standards. No sliding cheese or missing toppings.
Today though, I skipped the pizza. I had pasta bread bowl and Mediterranean sandwich. Bread bowl was way too salty, but I like it! It is always salty. Its the only time I eat salt! The sandwich?! Forget about it! I was skeptical! I read reviews online. The I was like, it’s a sandwich. who cares. I now care! It is really good! It is not large. Maybe 7 or 8 inches? It’s big enough for two people in real life, but we all eat too damn much. So it will work for one person.
I say, go. Try the/​sandwich. One– you don’t have to share. 2– its yummy.

At 12:30 in the morning after a great concert when you’re kinda drunk in your hotel, you want pizza, right? So you call domino’s. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed.
We ordered a medium pizza and pasta, and even though there were thousands of people coming from this concert and they all decided to order domino’s, our order was made quickly, and it arrived quickly. The order was estimated to take between 35 – 50 minutes, but it took less than 30.
And it might have been that we were slightly intoxicated, but that was the best damn pizza I think I’ve ever had at 1am. If/​when I’m in town again, I know what I’m getting as a late night drunk meal.

I hadn’t had Domino’s in ages! My daughter Jesse (11) suggested we give it a try, we placed our order online and it was ready in no time by Gary.
Today we ordered again, Jonathan was very helpful.
We really like the online ordering app, it makes it easy to build your own. Kudos to Dominos for the App!

I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the employees and the delivery time of my order at this location. Gary, the store manager, called me back a couple of days later to discuss the situation. He rectified the situation and I will be a repeat customer again only because of his amazing customer service.

If you want shitty survice and cheap pizza dominos is the place to go! Three hours later and I still don’t have the right damn order

EVERY single time we order pizza from this location it is beyond late… No matter what day of the week it is. We call in and ask about it and we are constantly told «its because we are busy» Im sorry But there is no reason I should have to wait over an hour for a pizza when I live right down the road. One example is tonight when we ordered pizza at 9:20pm and here I am writing this review at 10:42pm. I will be using a different location from here on out. Time to heat my cold pizza up in the microwave.
PS… Don’t ever bother ordering extras (dipping sauces) because they will forget to bring it.

I order from here all the time. An its always great. We did have a indecent once, But called in a day later to just tell him what was up, an he was more then courteous. Gary was awesome and took great care of us. the food IS great, fresh an on point.
I pizza (dominos)

I’ve been ordering from this dominoes for a while and though their service is usually okay (mistakes happen often but usually minor and we overlook it or they fix them) we really come back for the prices and food which the two stars are for.
But our last order was ridiculous. They were over an hour late and when they finally got there they didn’t bring cheese, peppers, or the sauces we ordered. The delivery driver was unapologetic and rude and refused to get our missing items. Once he left we realized they were also missing one of the liters of soda we ordered so I called him and he starts arguing with me and says he’s coming back to my house to argue with me more. I said not come to my house as I would rather eat my cold pizza id been waiting two hours for than spend more time talking to them about it. He showed up at my door anyway which I did NOT appreciate. It really says a lot that he’s willing to come back to argue with me but not to make our order right. Then I get a call from the manager who sounds more like he’s accusing me of something than trying to fix their mistake.
Overall very disappointed and I will not be eating there again and will encourage my friends not to either.

Ordered a medium combination with no onions and no bell peppers.
Great that Dominos delivered to our hotel. However the pizza itself is the most salty, garlicky, and disgusting pizza I have ever tasted. I did not order garlic or the bucket of salt that they threw on it.
Next time we are in Concord the Dominos is off limits.

I tried to order online last night but the website said this location doesn’t deliver to my apartment complex, which was weird because I have seen multiple Domino’s delivery drivers in my complex.
So I called the store, the employee picked up on the third ring, and asked him if my address was in their delivery area. I was told that my address was indeed in their delivery area, so I placed my order over the phone.
(2) Medium Hand-​tossed, extra sauce, pineapple and ham pizzas
(1) Chocolate Lava Cakes
(1) 2 Liter Sprite
The employee who took my order was very polite and took my order in a timely manner. I asked for the 2 Medium 2 Topping Pizzas for $ 5.99 each deal and he told me that was only an online deal and it would be $ 6.99 over the phone. So since their online system was being wonky and not recognizing my address in their delivery area, I had to pay a little more. So that was a tad annoying. The guy who took my order said my order would be delivered in 40 minutes.
35 minutes later my pizzas were delivered. The driver asked to see the credit card I used and had me sign the receipt. I tipped him (always tip your delivery drivers people!!) and he wished me a goodnight and left.
My order was perfect, nothing forgotten, no mistakes. The pizzas looked great and were still so hot that I had to blow on it before taking a bite.
The customer service I received from this store was on point, both from the employee who took my order and the delivery driver.

My buddies!!! You guys always get my order right. Me & my boyfriend are monthly regulars there when we choose to have a fat day and go wild for our dinner.
I believe Gary is the one who always makes our pizza so delish. I always call it in so I don’t ever know who takes out order half the time but they are always so sweet.
One delivery girl, in particular, I think is Emily. (I’m really bad with names) My boyfriend and I always love her coming to our door. Keep her there please Domino’s !

Ordered a medium pizza last week despite continued problems with this Dominos location. The pizza arrived cold with the box smashed in and with pizza stuck to the top and bottom of the box –I will post a photo to go along with the review.
I called the following day to speak to a manager about the incident. I was put in touch with an assistant manager who was unable to help. They had someone call back later that day. The management apologized for the misfortune and comped a pizza for my next order.
A week later, I ordered another pizza using my comp. Everything seemed to go wrong yet again. The driver forgot my drink and the order had not been comped as promised. The driver requested I call the manager, so I did. The manager I spoke with was rude and unapologetic. Admittedly I was pretty angry at this point.
This location has some major issues to work out. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Domino’s is our go to pizza place when we don’t want to spend a lot of money on great pizza. We know it’s good, cheap and reliable most of the time.
We have a regular order we get 99 percent of the time. 1 medium pan pizza, extra cheese and pepperoni. 1 order of 8 boneless chicken wings with ranch and the kicker sauce. Every now and then we’ll throw a soda in there if we’re really feeling it. It always comes out to just over $ 20.00 including tip.
Most of the time we have good experiences. We had two drivers who delivered our orders a few times who were just awesome. Polite knockers, smiling faces, and always have the receipt ready for you to sign. Perfect. The pizza is nice and hot. Plus it looks amazing and you can tell it was really made with care.
Sometimes the experience isn’t that good though.
There is one driver, whom I can’t remember her name, but every time she would deliver the pizza, she would forget the receipt in the car and have to run back for it. Literally every time.
Then on some cases like tonight we get lack luster service AND pizza. I placed the order, kept an eye on the tracker, and twenty five minutes after it left for delivery our pizza arrived. The guy knocked a bit excessively on the door. I answered and he wasn’t friendly at all. He seemed like he was in a rush and just wanted to get this over with. He brought the wrong soda we ordered, but nothing we can do about that at that point. The pizza box was dented in like something heavy was sitting on it. A part of the pizza was stuck to the roof of the box because of that and the pizza wasn’t exceptionally warm. The chicken was good as always.
You win most but do lose some unfortunately. This place will however continue to be our (Lazy and don’t want to cook so lets just order pizza.)place.
