From what We’ve experienced so far Mountain Mikes has the best gluten free delivery pizza. IT doesn’t taste gluten free. I always get the white(garlic?) sauce. They are always on time and have never messed up our order, also polite on the phone and in person. There are not too many reliable places that deliver in our area and we have been very dissatisfied with other options available through eat 24 or other apps.

Pizza was decent. Clean place, except one of the restrooms. Friendly staff and good price on the drinks

I wish I could put zero stars. I live down the street from this place and after bowling in two leagues at Clayton valley bowl, we would stop here. BIG MISTAKe !! Bad service, bad pizza, bad franchise.

I placed this order and selected all of the options I wanted on my pizza, large reg crust with white sauce and pineapple. I paid by credit card and the website clearly reflected that. When I received the email confirmation I happened to notice that it said«Pizza Sauce» instead of white sauce so I called the store to have the change made. The person I spoke to on the phone made the sauce change to the order and confirmed again that I had paid by credit card. I was not told that cash would now be due upon delivery. The delivery estimate was 40 minutes and the delivery took one hour; so 20 minutes longer than expected. When the driver arrived he showed a receipt that stated cash due on delivery. I said I didn’t have cash as the order was placed online with a credit card. The driver at this point became confused and didn’t know what to do. I showed him my email receipt that had the credit card confirmation on it which then caused him to call the store. The person he got on the phone also was not helpful and did not seem to know what to do. We went back and forth about whether the order should have been cash or credit card but nobody would step up and tell me what needed to happen. On top of that the driver began speaking to the person on the phone in Spanish at times and I could not understand what they were saying. Finally the person on the phone wanted my credit card information again over the phone, but could not assure me that the charge for the original order would not go through. They said I would just have to wait 3 — 4 days to see and call back if I was double charged. This was NOT an acceptable situation for me, but no other options were offered. Once the driver hung up the phone he tried to call a manager but only got their voicemail. At this point I handed the pizza back and sent the driver on his way. I called the store back myself and explained the situation again and stated that I wanted assurance that I would not be charged for the pizza that was not delivered. The person on the phone took my information and said that they would contact their manager and make sure the charge does not go through. Overall this is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever been in just trying to purchase a pizza. I ended up going to Round Table who was more than happy to handle my payment appropriately. I cannot say at this point that I would ever be willing to try Mountain Mikes again or recommend them to anyone else I know. *** EDIT1÷6÷2015 *** Mountain Mike’s corporate regional office contacted me and has offered adequate compensation and has promised to investigate how the order became mixed up in the first place.

I called in a phone order for a pizza and it took an hour to get to me. I had called within that hour an talked to a middle eastern guy and he said that if it arrived to me cold he would refund my money. So, of course it arrived cold and I called, they told me that they wanted there pizza back! What the hell, are they going to resell it, GROSS! Usually they have great pizza but substandard staff. When the driver got here he said,(I was trying to find you)? I think that if you’re pizza takes an hour to get to you and it’s cold they should refund you’re money and give you the pizza for making you starve! Definitely won’t call them again!

Horrible spot! Their employees don’t know anything! Couldn’t even pour beer. One of the worst dining experiences I had. There was no leadership not one person could answer a question.

I ordered 2 pizzas, both came burned. I called to complaint, the guy said this is how the pizza supposed to be which makes no sense but probably he didnt think of something else to say… When i asked for the manager he said he aint there and hung up on me. Horrible customer service and bad pizza. Never buy there!

Just ordered an extra large pizza from these assholes… my bill was $ 45 dollars, it took over an hour to deliver, and was cold when I got it. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and asked him to adjust my bill because it was cold and took forever. He told me no, he could not do anything for me. I said I guess I wouldn’t be ordering from them again. And he quickly said«that’s ok, I don’t really care» and hung up. Bad service, bad management, cold food. I suggest ordering from the other Mountain Mike’s half a mile down Clayton Rd. You won’t regret it!

The staff was friendly and accommodating even when they were closing. The manager/owner made small talk and joked around. Good pizza.

Mountain mikes is one of my favorite pizza places to go to. Excellent taste. This one in particular the taste wasn’t bad but the customer service was horrible. Went in at 1210 for lunch since they have the buffet from 11 – 2 pm I believe, they had nothing I mean NOTHING ready at 1210 no pizza. For a customer who is on a hour lunch 12 – 1 this is unacceptable. By 1230 the pizza were out so we had to gobble down the food:/ the way employee talk to you in my opinion is very cold attitude. You ask for something they make a facial gesture like they were asked to do the impossible. I will not be going back here to this particular mountain mike for such reasons. My tip is to go to the other one on Clayton by the bowling center, way better customer service.

WORSTSERVICE I have ever received. When I called to order my pizza the girl took my order and then hung up on me. Her name I think was Marilyn. I get here 30 minutes after my order they burned my gluten free pizza and told me to wait. I asked for a refund she offered to give me a free meal after. I’m not coming back here again why the hell would I want a free meal next time. Then the crazy bitch Marilyn wanted to laugh as my pizza burned. Bunch of putz’ working at this mountain mikes who got kicked over from the good will store. I will definitely be calling to complain because of the attitude these workers have.

The pizza was fine, but unfortunately Unilocal and Mountain Mike’s still has a service on here that can’t actually be used called EAT24. Well this sucked. We didn’t get a notification until 20 minutes after we ordered… on our moving day. I called the pizza place(EAT24 sent a text that said MM’s closed early today) apparently MM’s no longer accepts orders from this service. So… they took my money, did absolutely nothing, and made us wait an extra 45 minutes to get our food… which we had to order from the same pizza place. Well done. NEVER using his service again. I’d like to know why Unilocal and Mountain Mike’s even has it as an available service. Total BS.

Ok so I wasn’t treated rude but the lady who answered the phone just seemed flustered. I had to repeat my address and phone number multiple times. Told her I was .2 miles away in Concord and she still asked what city and the zip code. BUT!!! Pizza is awesome and the delivery was on time.

This Mountain Mikes has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It took over an hr and 40 min to get a pizza only because we finally went and picked it up to top it off the pizza was cold we get there and Joslyn was so rude she needs to be fired immediately she was on her phone and was so rude while we were there throwing recites. I have been a loyal customer to mountain mikes for years not any more ill take my money to round table thanks for nothing

In my area we usually eat Pizza Guys but today we decided to scale the Mountain. Good call. All you can eat pizza and salad for $ 6.99? Tough to beat. I like their specialty pizzas the best. We got the half pineapple chicken luau, half pepperoni combo. Very yummy for only $ 12. Look it’s no Escape from New York Pizza, and the sauce is average, but they also don’t skimp on toppings either. And if you have kids they have a TV and mini game room. So you can get your buffet on and entertain the young’uns at the same time. Don’t wait… go scale that Mountain!

Hubby and I came for the buffet recently, since our first time going for the buffet was actually pretty good. This time. Not so much? More like not at all. We came when there was still 20 minutes or so left for the AYCE buffet time and there was but 2 pieces of the pinapple/ham out. We asked for 2 for the lunch buffet, and the guy who took our order didn’t say anything about no more pizza coming out. We got our plates, filled our drink cups, and salad plates. After a long wait, hubby goes to ask the guy when more pizza will be coming out. He bluntly states that they’re not making anymore today… WTF? We came when it was almost 2pm last time and they kept putting out different kinds of pizza well past the time that the lunch buffet was supposed to end. He tried asking for a refund since the guy KNEW there wouldn’t be any more pizza coming out yet he didn’t say a word to us…[if I were him and I knew those details, I’d tell people to come back tomorrow]…but no, he tells us that we had salad and drinks… but we didn’t pay the $ 6.99 each for endless salad and drinks… what a scam! So we keep trying to push for a refund, and he goes, how about I make you guys a small pizza for free [note, same size as the buffet pizza] and we’re so pissed and hungry by this point we’re like, fine, okay. The pizza came out slightly burned and the toppings were scarce… Never coming back to this location. Horrible service, lying employees.

The pizza is ok but the service sucks. I ordered soda with my pizza and it didn’t come. When I said something to the delivery boy he said«idk I just drive». Not only that but almost every time I call them their phone make some high pitched noise in my ear the entire time. I’m very disappointed.

It only took me 2 years of living in Concord to realize there was a Mountain Mike’s nearby, thanks to a trash run in our apartment complex and seeing someone’s pizza boxes in the recycle bin. Leave it to me — «Oh snap, a new takeout place!» Dominos is our cheap pizza standby when we aren’t feeling quite flush enough to hit Round Table or Skip’s, so it was nice to find an equally priced alternative. They offer simple online ordering, and our pizza arrived very quickly, well under their estimated delivery time. Wahoo! We kept it simple and stuck with their classic pepperoni, scoring a coupon on their website for a large 1-topping for $ 13.99. A generous large, dotted with lovely pepperoni and cut into thin slices, just how I like it! The pizza was decent, certainly good enough for the price, but as I ate more, I became less dazzled and noticed how thick their crust is. Their toppings were tasty but I think a crust this thick and doughy overwhelms the flavors. They also aren’t super generous with cheese, so in the future I would have to employ the same trick I do at Dominos — extra cheese always, to make the pizza tastier. Decent pizza, good prices, quick delivery — I call that a satisfactory win/win!
