This place is almost always empty and that is too bad as the food is quite good for being such a small buffet. If you are into fried foods this place is the best in Concord, far better than the Red Apple. Their crab rangoon is probably the best I’ve had. I’ve never seen anyone use the drive-​up window. That is just a hold over from the days when this space was a bank I think.

Located in the Lowe’s/Market Basket Plaza, Family Buffet offers the basic Chinese dishes, soups, pizza, sushi, salads, fish, crab legs (dinner only), macaroni & cheese, and desserts (ice cream, jello, fruit, cream puffs, cookies). The food here is on the greasy side and the service is good (drink refills offered). As of March 2007, lunch is $ 5.95 (Mon-​Sat) and dinner is $ 8.50 (Mon-​Sun). For Chinese takeout, there’s a drive-​up window on the side of the building for food pickup.
