I was looking for a place to get a quick, affordable pedicure and what I encountered was that it was affordable for New England prices but terribly done. Eyebrow waxing was even worse. I went early midweek anticipating it to be slower and there was only one other client and the technician still rushed and did a very sloppy job on both services. Additionally the place seemed quite unsanitary. I will not return– you don’t even get what you paid for. Do not recommend.

I have been to this nail salon before and have had decent service, but just tried to call the salon for an hour to make an appointment since I knew it would be busy at 5 o’clock on a Tuesday. They did not answer the phone once after 7 times trying– then when I arrived I asked how long of a wait and they just said«a little» I then waited 10 minutes while others went in front of me before I left. Bad service.

I’ve never had a bad experience, they always do my nails exactly as I ask :) really great staff and the place is comfy and affordable :) would recommend to anyone! Even when I get a full set they aren’t a hit or miss its always perfect length, and they aren’t thick.(Like most places do) they are like your real nail.

I was really disappointed with Jade Nails this week. I have never had a problem with them before but this week when I got my fill done, the woman who did my nails was just awful. She had me wait forever before she even started when she wasn’t even doing anything beforehand and then when she did get started she was really rude. She burned my finger with the electric file and then halfway through shaping one of my nails she just stood up and walked off without saying anything to me. 10 minutes later I see her walk back out with a client that had walked in and she had apparently just stopped doing my service and left me to wait, to help another client so she wouldn’t have to wait. Really unprofessional. She didn’t bother to finish shaping my nails and I actually had to stop her to show her a huge lump on one of my nails that she would have completely ignored if I hadn’t said anything. She didn’t get rid of all of the previous shellac either. I had picked a light shimmery pink which they didn’t have any left, so I picked a soft gold which she started putting on and then got up and left and came back with a really brassy gold saying«I picked this out for you, this is better». To which I said, «No, I wanted the other color» and she got really huffy about it and begrudgingly used the color I wanted. And since she didn’t take off all of the red shellac from my last service, there are lines and dots of red left underneath the gold shellac that you can see and it looks awful. They weren’t shaped well and they’re all different thicknesses since she didn’t bother to finish shaping them. She was just terrible and rude. I’m going to have to go somewhere else and have them redo the shellac because my nails look awful right now. I will continue to go to Jade, because like I said, I have never had a problem with them like this before. But I will never let this woman do my nails ever again, and if she is the only one available when I come in, I will leave and find somewhere else to get my nails done.

This nail salon is the only salon who’s gel/shellac nails have lasted. Reasonable pricing and free parking.

I had a pedicure today. It was extremely rushed and the techs were not friendly at all.
Beware of this place I got a nasty infection at a recent pedicure– dirty and rude service. Princess Nails on the heights is much nicer and cleaner.

Just got a nice pedicure today for $ 20.00. The technician I had is Hanh, she was very good, the place is clean, she wore gloves, and they were not pushy and trying to sell other services. The price was reasonable and I will definitely go back for future pedicures.

A pretty good spot for shellac or regular nails in Concord. The people are very friendly and do a pretty decent job.

Not too bad for the price. I stick with the same person and always make an appointment. You do sit in a nice chair and put your feet in water while the chair gives you a back massage but it’s definitely not like having a real pedicure. My Doctor has always recommended pushing back cuticles not cutting them and never cutting the nails way down on the sides. They do this which causes ingrown nails and also causes you to have to go back sooner than really necessary. I’ve started cutting mine before I go then all they have to do is polish. As I said, not bad for the price.

I brought a girlfriend here to celebrate her survival of law school. I called ahead for a 2:30pm appointment but they were able to fit us in for 3pm. When we got there, the place was totally packed to the brim. The woman who runs the show told us to pick our colors and that it would just be few minutes. Fifteen minutes later, we were in side-by-side massage chairs and soaking our tootsies in the mini-jacuzzi tubs beneath the chairs. Though I can’t tell you how long we were there(I honestly didn’t pay attention to the time), the technicians were very efficient. They use gloves when working on your feet(which I totally appreciate. I mean, who REALLY wants to touch a stranger’s feet with their bare hands??). They were also really patient as my friend smudged a toe and a thumbnail before the end our drying time and her technician was really sweet about fixing them before we left. The best part? Aside from the nicer-than-you-see-at-most-places pedicure chairs, the price. $ 30 for a mani/pedi. No wonder a classmate goes there weekly for her manicures?! You just can’t beat the price. I’ll definitely be heading up there to visit over the summer. Note: There are specific parking spots for Jade Nails, so make sure to pay attention to the signs in the parking lot. Right in front of the store there are three dedicated parking spots, specifically for Jade Nails.
