I’m updating my rating based soely on personal taste bud preferences. I’ve now gone thru all of my meals and here are some tips/comments: 1. Avoid side dishes with rice. It could be my preperation techniques, but I’ve noticed every dish with rice gets thicker then I like. Especially on reheat — I am only a family of one so I always have left overs. For two of my dishes I had to basically throw away the rice the 2nd day. It may be from the texture change when freezing. 2. Common thread is the sauces tend to be heavy on the salt/seasonings. I will request low sodium offerings next go around. 3. Under cook the proteins. It’s very easy for them to get tough. I shave a minute or two off of the directions. Still it’s nice to shop local, and the friendly staff and can do attitude at Greatful Plates should be commended.
