Helzberg Diamonds

I must disclose I am not a huge fan of malls.
Having said that I had a wonderful experience in Helzberg Diamonds.
My husband & I were looking to buy a nice ring for me to commemorate our 10^th Wedding Anniversary that is coming up.
I did some research on line, found several types of rings that I liked & decided to go inside of the store to pick one out.
We were in Concord area & after looking up some local jewelry stores we decided to give Helzberg a try based on reviews.
I am very glad that we did.
Luis was such a joy to «work» with.
We spent a long time in the store & enjoyed every minute of it.
We found me a perfect ring & I am as happy as can be!

The jewelry designs & selection is really good here. Prices are average, but the quality is better than the other mall jewelry stores and the service is awesome!
I was greeted every time I’ve come in & the girls are always happy to let me try things on & answer all of my questions.

This is a great place to buy your jewelry. The staff is friendly — not pushy! They also conduct a thorough review of your purchase and even have you look at the stone through a viewer. Their prices are good and offer a good selection of merchandise!

My husband got both my engagement ring and wedding band from here. Everyone at this location has helped out a lot. I got a masterpiece engagement ring and it is beautiful! I have also got my ring engraved and they did a wonderful job. I am glad that we came here for my ring.

Came here to exchange a ring someone gave me. I first called in advanced if it was still good to do a refund and get a possible other jewelry for myself. Morgan, understood and was very well what my need was in finding my perfect ring for myself as an early Christmas present for myself.
If I got the money to spend on another piece of jewelry, I would.

I have purchased several items here and each time I have come into the store, the employees have been friendly and knowledgeable. Because of this, I really wish my engagement ring was purchased here instead of across the way at Kay’s. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for great customer service. Also, any services that need to be done get finished and returned quickly to the store. Unlike Kay’s which says they will have it back in 4 weeks. Who really wants to wait a month to get their wedding band or engagement ring back?

Doug immediately tended to myself and my partner upon entering the location. We went browsing all the other stores in the area and were not greeted so quickly as here. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy like some places, respected the fact I kind of knew what I wanted and yet at the same time helped in suggestions that were to my liking. So, after finding my engagement ring and my partner’s wedding band we left quite satisfied and happy. We put the rings on layaway and even though we were OK with the affordability of the per month payments upon my second visit when I went to do my first payment I ran into Doug again. This time I took his advice and said why not let’s try sign up to see if I can finance the rings (my credit I thought was not so hot) I was approved and he gave me a big hug of congrats and I was just left dumbfounded and so pleased. I was able to finance not only my engagement ring but my partner’s wedding ring AND Doug even found my own wedding ring that would go perfectly to match my partner’s which I had not even looked for before hand. He not only went above and beyond service but was super friendly. And without him our rings would not have been so amazing. AND on top of that allowed us to breathe a little sigh of relief on monthly payments. How can you not rave about this place!!! I am stunned it doesn’t have more amazing reviews, so I definitely had to share our story. Everyone was nice in the store and quite pleasant and cannot thank Doug enough for making this special for us and for all his help. I will forever do my jewelry shopping here and no where else!

Gina is really great. Very friendly and sweet. She remembered me from when I had my ring repaired here earlier this year. They’re quick with repairs and not too expensive. The jewelry is all beautiful. I didn’t get my engagement ring here but I just sent it out with them today to get my band to match it.

I went in yesterday to have a stone replaced on my ring. I only got one name of the two girls which was Karen. The other was a woman who had beautiful black hair, I think she may have been a manager. They were both VERY nice and took time to entertain my silly questions about picking out rings for engagements. They took care of my ring, they took care of me, and gave me yet another reason why this is the place I will be going to pick out a wedding ring! Thanks ladies! By the way, I highly recommend getting the lifetime protection for your purchase. A lot of people run from these things but the stone that needed replacing would have cost me at least $ 100 but was free because of the protection!

I recently purchased a wedding anniversary ring for my wife at Helzberg. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the ring, price, or service. Rachel the sales representative was very helpful and professional. And most importantly, my wife loves the ring!

My fiancée bought my ring here and it is so pretty! Their turnaround time is very short in terms of cleaning and resizing! I recommend them and their friendly staff to anyone looking for a beautiful engagement ring or wedding rings!

We’ve been shopping at Helzberg since we found a really unique tennis bracelet in 2000? Amy has been our assistant for many of our purchase and has a unique talent for knowing what we’re looking for, sometimes when we don’t.
Their service is excellent, as is their quality… an no boring commercials!

so, i had a span of about 4 months last year that everytime I went anywhere I would find something. Something of Value. Gucci sunglasses, a jewel-​encrusted ring, cash, blah blah. Those were the days. And after emails and calls to the Usual Suspects, I would determine that Finders Keepers! Yay! Oh, except for the Guccis, which were claimed about 6 months later — HA!
Then about six weeks ago I get a hallmark card in the mail, addressed to a nickname precious few know about… no return address, but the card is signed by «Helzberg Diamonds, Sun Valley» — they are holding a pair of pearl earrings Just For Me (and except for the computer print, I might believe I was special.) Well, the expiration day came and went. But then yesterday, there’s another card — they are still holding those pearl earrings Just For Me. (OK, not quite at Gucci level, but still… counting this as Something Found)
I’ll try to make it in before the deadline, snipe me some pearls and ask them where they heard about my nickname.

We were shopping at the mall and we decided to look at men’s wedding bands for the fiancée just to get an idea of what kind of ring he wants. The sales person (I think her name is Amy) here was very friendly! She took into consideration all the things he wanted and she gave great suggestions, she even told us to come back on a special day that they have a person who comes and customizes rings to your liking so I think we’re going to go back just to see if they can do what we want. She was A LOT friendlier than other places that we’ve been to.
