I wanted to say thank you to Cassandra! She helped us out on 4⁄2. I wanted to get a new cologne and perfume for myself and my husband for a trip we are going on. My husband wasn’t really looking forward to going in but Cassandra made the whole experience really pleasant. Didn’t pressure us at all and was really knowledgeable about the fragrances. Thank you!

My BAD experience your gain. Do NOTBUYFROMHERE There is no way to give 0 stars so one star is what they get. DONOT buy from this place their return policy is a flaw and what is worst their sales representatives fail to advise clients of this, even if you ask!!! I Bought two perfumes to give as a mothers day gift to my mother and wife, at the time of check out I asked the sales rep if I could get a gift receipt in case my mom or wife did not like my selectionfor. The sales rep instead of making me aware of their AWFUL return policy said nothing and advised me that my purchase receipt will do… Just like that, so I figured there will be no issue and that this place return policy was as normal as the majority of retailers at the mall. Well mom and wife didn not like the perfume and when I went to try to do an exchange I learned about their AWFUL exchange /return policy… SO there you go DONTBUYITFROMHERE. not worth the $ 10.00 savings. would not have had this issue at any other retailer.

I bought two bottles of perfume for mother’s day gifts, part of a buy-one-get-one-half-off special(«BOGO»). The sales lady was very patient and helpful while my kids and I sampled a couple dozen perfumes. The sales lady NEVER explained the return policy to us, before or after the purchase($ 85 total). My wife sprayed her perfume once to see if she liked it, and decided she wanted to exchange it. I brought it in the next day and the asst manager(white female brunette) and the manager(black guy) were as cold as ice. The asst manager labeled the perfume my wife sampled as a «dead product» and refused to do an exchange. When I tried to return the un-opened second bottle of perfume, she told me I could only get $ 4 back because it was part of a BOGO; therefore, the return would negate the BOGO and both perfumes would be charged at full price. This, ALSO, was never explained during the initial purchase. PAY A LITTLEMOREANDGOTOMACY’S! PERFUMANIAARESCAMMERS!

Return policy for Perfumania sucks … Terrible customer service, I think of this place being the grocery outlet of perfumes! And even grocery outlet doesn’t have such terrible return policy or customer service… I will never again buy anything from them and anyone wanting to do business there, think about it twice and more so if you are buying a gift! Oh did you know their other stores are at the flea market??? Lol!

I will NEVERSHOPHERE again! My best friend bought me a 3 piece perfume gift set from this store. When they sold her the set, the box was not sealed nor was the perfume. The set came in a box where the perfume & lotion were accessible. I went to the store to exchange the set for a different set. The manager, Trisha, helped us. Trisha opened the box, took out the perfume, held it up in the air and sprayed the perfume. Immediately after she sprayed the perfume, she tells us, «you sprayed the perfume, so you cannot return it». I told Trisha that I never sprayed the bottle. She continued to accuse me of spraying the perfume first. Trisha then continued to tell us that it is store policy that perfumes cannot be returned once they are sprayed. Trisha told us that the receipt clearly stated this, however, I never sprayed the bottle. Additionally, this item was a gift for christmas and my best friend was not given a gift receipt. Therefore, how am I supposed to know what the receipt says if the store did not give a gift receipt? The customer service was beyond terrible at Perfumania. The manager out of all people accused me. Compared to other places where gift sets are sold, Perfumania’s gift set seemed a bit rigged. Why was it that the set was not sealed nor was the perfume? How come there are no signs around the store informing customers once you spray the perfume you cannot return it? How is it that the manager was the one who sprayed my bottle of perfume which then does not allow me to return it? Perfumania is a shady place! Perfumania is absolutely terrible. If you want to buy a good perfume set for a few dollars more, try Macy’s or Nordstrom where they guarantee a return. This place totally cheats you. Trisha is a terrible manager who suckers you in. Spend the extra few dollars on a perfume set a large well known store and you will never have to deal with the shadiness that I dealt with here.
