This used to be my absolute favorite place for a delicious smoothie. Living directly behind this location, Afton Ridge Apartments, I can easily walk to it and the Target Supercenter attached to it. The reason for the low score is due to the fact that it is now closed the majority of the times I go into Target to shop! I am normally in this store 2 or 3 times a week and have not been able to get my Banana Berry treat for over a month now. I have asked the management and they say it is due to budgeting the Pizza Hut next door in the same schedule as the Jamba Juice. Oh well, with the lack of Jamba, I have found I can make similar, if not better smoothies at home.

Like having a healthy choice in concord area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice bar. Staff was very friendly. I was bummed at the limited offering. I was hoping for more vegetable juice offerings.

Didn’t actually get to order from the Jamba Juice because it was closed for the day. Funny thing because I called the store to make sure that it was open because we actually had to drive out of the way to get here. I love Jamba Juice and think this is more of a reflection on Target than on Jamba Juice. Expect More, Pay Less. Maybe if they paid a living wage and didn’t treat their employees so bad then they could actually staff the place.

I think my first experience with a Jamba Juice was in Denver(CO, not NC) a few years ago. That was at a standalone store. Though they apparently have been criticized for having lots of sugar — and hey, who doesn’t like sugar? — their smoothies are awfully good. It has been a few years since I’ve been to that location, so my memory is certainly hazy on the subject, but the menu here is different. It could be because it’s been a while, and so they have changed their menu due to the critics. It could also be because that location was a company-owned store and this one is franchised. Or it could be because this is a Jamba Express and the other one is a full-fledged store. I really don’t know. But this location seems to be a bit more limited on their offerings(or at least what I remember). The flavor of the smoothie is decent, and the price was about in line, but the produce wasn’t quite the same — mostly because we ended up with chunks of frozen fruit in the bottom. That’s good because you know you have actual fruit, but bad because semi-frozen fruit is a little odd, you know? And it’s a bit difficult to get through the straw.

This bad boy is located in the Super Target in Kannapolis. What’s sad, is that it’s been open for 3 years now, and is on the verge of closing. Apparently, nobody really knows about it and it’s sales are really low. Target will decide if they want to keep it open or not at the end of the year. If all goes like it is now, it will be closed. Hopefully, my post will help it out some. GOGETSOMEJAMBA!!!
