Really mixed experience with Just Floors. We recently tiled a kitchen /dining area. The tiles we selected had to be ordered from Florida. Our flooring contractor said he had measured incorrectly, requiring us to purchase an additional 4 boxes of tile(this is a whole different story !!!). When we ordered the tiles we asked about the return policy, as we were questioning contractors new measurements. We were told that we could return any unopened boxes of tiles and be refunded the purchase price less the cost of restocking and shipping. We ended up not using any of the additional materials we had purchased. When we called about returning we were informed the overage was the contractor’s problem and not Just Floors. This was different than their stated policy and different that what the tile manufacturer told us, as we called them to verify the return policy. Chris the manager at Just Floors said he was going to call the manufacturer and get back to us. He never did. We attempted to return the tiles last weekend. We arrived at the store at the stated opening time, and waited 30 minutes. No one show up. Frustrated, we left the tiles at the front door with instructions to credit our purchase, per the policy. This has not happened. In the end we are not talking about a great deal of money, and I am more pissed at contractor than Just Floors, but if you don’t honor your return polices, you deserve to get raked on Unilocal
