Tiana was awesome!!! She was so helpful and gave me great advice for my new shoes. She was also very kind and patient with my son. Loved her customer service!

I wish I could give zero stars, but since I can’t 1 will have to do. My mom purchased shoes from this store for a breast cancer walk she planned on doing. She went home and tried the shoes on again only in her bedroom to realize they wouldn’t work for her. Since they had not been worn she decided to return the shoes. We went to the mall today to return and the lack of customer service was apparent. My mom got into the store before I did and I heard her say, «but I never wore the shoes!» And behind the counter Tianna was insisting she wore them and wasn’t taking them back, basically calling my mom a liar. My mom asked to speak to a manager and got no response. After hearing her say about 5 times she never wore the shoes I interjected. Then I asked to speak with a manager and all of a sudden Tianna became the manager. I again explained that my mom never wore the shoes and she purchased them in the condition they were in. I told her the problem then is with her employees who take back the wrong stuff. My mom shouldn’t be penalized for her employees wrong doing. So of course we didn’t get to return them, but I will be escalating this. Sounds like this store needs some courses in customer service! Calling customers liars is no way to run a business! I will definitely not be supporting this business any longer.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I feel as if my customer service wasn’t up to par. I came into Lady Foot Locker in hopes to find a new pair of running shoes. The store was not busy as there was only one other customer there when I walked in. You have two sales associates yapping at the front of the store and neither acknowledged me or greeted me(key to customer service). I found a few pairs of shoes to try on and one of the sales associates, Chelsea, was willing to grab my sizes for me. They had one of the shoes in my size. She didn’t bother to open the box and take out the shoes for me. Rather, she just set the shoes next to me and stood there looking around. I also saw an advertisement sign in the store that stated if they didn’t have my size, they could order it or I could pick it up at another store. Did Chelsea offer me that? No. Personally, if I was a sales associate, I would offer to help to my customer in every way. She knew nothing about the product she was selling. She didn’t offer me options. I expect that when I go into a store, especially if I tell them exactly what I’m looking for and they have no opinion and nothing to offer. I mean, why work there if you can’t sell a basic running shoe? The store started to get busy, with about three sales associates working. I was ready to pay for my choice of shoes and went up to the register to check out. There was two people ahead of me. Chelsea and one of the other sales associates were at the register. One of them walked away, leaving a line, and they weren’t even checking their customers out in order. They were letting some cut ahead of others and I could tell the gentleman waiting ahead of me was quite upset too. The whole staff was unorganized. It was pathetic to watch. I FINALLY got my chance to check out, after waiting in a 20 minute line of two customers. Chelsea, of course, was my cashier. She didn’t ask how the shoes fit or didn’t bother to check my size and make sure they were both a left and a right. She didn’t once make eye contact with me. Again, her eyes were wandering around the store as if her customer wasn’t important. She told me my total, paid, and she didn’t walk the bag around the counter to me! She threw the receipt in the bag, when I clearly told her I like my receipt in the box, and pushed my bag to me. She didn’t give a simple«thank you» or «have a nice day.» Her customer service was horrible. Even if the store is busy, even if it’s the holiday season, you should still serve basic customer service to everyone who walks into your store. As I was walking out, none of the sales associates said«bye» or gave a «thank you.» Again, these girls were too busy gossiping at the front of the store. Honestly, if you chose to work in a customer service/sales position, you should learn basic mannerisms of how to say the words«hello», «how are you?» and«thank you.» The whole staff needs to be retrained or replaced. Horrible sales associates who know nothing about product. Their service was effortless. Hello Lady Footlocker, customer service isn’t rocket science!

This foot locker is great! They have excellent customer service. The employees were very helpful and friendly even when more customers came into the store. There was also a pretty good selection of shoes — at least for running because that’s what I primarily went there for.

I wish I remembered the names of the employees that helped me but they were great! As soon as I figure that I out, I’ll make a note of it in this review because they deserve acknowledgment. It was that kind of customer service most retail stores lack. They went out of their way to assist me and made sure I was satisfied with everything! Even besides the employees that did help me, there was just one other employee there(of course they’re not packed with employees on a typical day being that it’s usually slow and a relatively small store) but he was in the process of assisting another customer but yet he still took the time to professionally welcome me into the store and asked if I needed help. Great service! Much better than many other shoe stores, even Foot Locker itself. I swear the service at Lady Foot Locker was so great I didn’t even regret spending over $ 100 for shoes that day there!
