I got a new phone and moved to a family plan. Not only did I get a great deal, they pointed out how I could save a bit more. They were super nice and friendly. I will go back for sure.

Just got totally jipped. Went in looking to buy a new phone and as I decided on a new one, sales rep offered me promo plan at a cheaper rate. I asked him if it offered the same things as my original plan with unlimited data and he said yes. I asked him again if it was truly unlimited, including hotspot like the one I had before and he said yes. I changed my plan and a week later when I needed to use my hotspot, it was gone and It prompted me that I needed to upgrade. $ 5 more and it’s the same thing I was paying before, so I upgraded. It capped. Quickly. I was lied to. My original plan had unlimited data! I used to stream Netflix on there all the time. Now I’m paying the same price for less of a service and they said they can’t revert me back to my old plan. I should have stayed with my old phone and plan. Be wary of these salesman.

I agree with the previous reviewer regarding cell phone repair by Israel. I had used them a couple of years ago (under previous name «Cellular Sales») and their tech then was Eric, nice but a bit scattered and did not like to return phone calls.
But Israel, on the other hand, was not only very nice, even somewhat warm in personality, but attentive and returned my text messages very promptly.
My work colleague had knocked my 9-​month old LG Nexus 5, android, out of the truck cup holder, and it bounced into the door panel. My luck was bad. He opened that door to load some materials, and then not realizing the phone was there, slammed the truck door on my poor Nexus 5, smashing the screen and digitizer to bits. I gave the phone up for dead for months. Then showed it to Israel. He offered to give this newer model a try at complete screen and frame replacement if I could find the parts reasonably.
Finally I found the screen and frame assembly at a price I could afford (reduced from $ 170 to $ 60 on ebay, new!), so I returned to Israel how replaced it within about a day!
This model is not as common as, say, the iPhone or Galaxy, so Israel researched the comprehensive rehab of the entire device, in order to change the screen, digitizer panel, and frame. It required removing every single part, button, down to the aluminum tape and antenna wire, to xfer it over to the new frame. No problem.
My phone is as good as brand new! Better shape than before the smash in the truck door!
Thanks a million Israel. Good as new, and for less than the price of a month of T-​Mobile service !!!
What a dude!

I was getting a bagel next door and saw that they did phone screen repair, stopped by and got my screen done very quickly for an amazingly low price. I’ve come back to see the guy (Israel is his name I believe) and he has helped with a lot of phone issues. He’s a great guy, knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could give them –10 stars, I would! The customer service here was absolutely terrible. These two girls were working in the front, and they seriously spent 5 minutes texting before they even greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. I will not be going here again, ever. Worst customer service experience in a phone store!

I purchased a Metro PCS phone for my son here about a month ago. I already has a Metro PCS account yet they were still kind enough to sell me a new phone without new service (some comapnies wont BTW) program my new phone, show my son the basics and answered all the questions we had. They were polite, quick and convenient. I’m not understanding the other comments on here because they know Metro and are good at what they do! 2 thumbs up for the customer service and knowledge at Cellular Sales!

Great customer service, fair prices and a great selection of Phones. Why go anywhere else?
