Sprint Store

I came into this Sprint location (reluctantly, since I’ve had such horrible experiences with other stores and just Sprint customer service in general) and I was immediately greeted by the staff member Melisa. She was helping another customer so I waited and she began helping me as soon as she finished with the other customer.
She was quick, concise and so so soooo helpful and friendly. I was overwhelmed by how amazing she was. It had been a very difficult week for me and it seemed like all my problems melted away while I was there. I have been with Sprint for 4 years and have never had such a wonderful experience.
She was all alone at the store and it got super busy at one point and she handled it so gracefully. Everyone in the store was beaming with smiles and I didn’t see one person leave disappointed. She was just amazing and I hope the management recognizes that she completely changed a customer’s perception of Sprint as a whole. Thank you Melisa, I hope you get to read this! :)

All staff was very helpful and nice, this sprint store is now one of my favorite on retail selling. Keep up the good work guys! Very happy I’m one of the Sprint member. Switch to Sprint now!
