One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Management is a joke, their idea of telling tenants important information is by taping it to your door, which easily comes off leaving you out of luck if you an unaware of any changes and the punishments for it. The fellow tenants are horrible. They have no respect for where they live or their fellow tenants. You could be bleeding out on the floor and they would just complain about the blood on the floor. Michelle the on site manager is just a faking smiling, uncaring human. They charge you for the water they use to water the lawn in the middle of the night in the middle of one of the worse droughts California has ever seen. We are just two people in our apartment and they charge us almost 200 for our water. If that isn’t illegal and fishy I don’t know what is. Just a couple months moving into here a young dead woman was removed from our complex with no explanation and management saying it never happened, my partner had witnessed this happening. A week or so ago I went to do my laundry and there was some guy passed out drunk in the laundry room. A month or so ago someone broke into our car in the parking lot. Stay away from this awful place, its a year you will never get back. I honestly can’t wait to move out

I just moved in this past weekend. Michelle(property manager) and Carie(president of management company) have been so helpful and involved. I am also thankful to have met Sherrie from corporate and Lee who helps Maint. They have done and are doing a lot of work to the property. I feel very confident that they take pride in this property and want their tenants to be happy and feel at home. They have been so accommodating and made my move a lot easier. I am thankful that I came and looked at the property and made it my new home.

Not the greatest place to live… Parking is horrible. Previous property management was terrible with following up on apt repairs and maintaing the grounds. 3 months into my lease I gave up with contacting them… For a few hundred dollars more you would be able to find a better place to live… Now that the NEW property management company has taken over it hasn’t got much better. I moved out the same week they took over… so ok… I undertand paperwork may get lost or misplaced with the change we are human… I called to make sure my move out date was correct and to schedule an appointment to do a walk thru with Aeris Property Mgt… Michelle and Marcus who work in the corporate office confirmed that Marcus would be there in the afternoon that I hand over my keys and sign my final paperwork… this is where things get shady. I took time off work to be there by 1pm which was the confirmed time. Upon entering the unit I noticed cleaning supplies were already there and someone had moved things around… But no sign of Marcus for our walk-thru appt. I emailed the office to confirm that I was waiting at the apt. You can’t reach them otherwise because they only answer the phones on certain times/days. Marcus never showed up… but the maintenance guy did and said that he had already completed the walk-thru and that is why he entered my apt without me present. 1 hr later after the appt is missed I get this information from the maintenance man onsite… I am really angry since I took time off work to be here. Isn’t that why we make appts??? Apparently not to Aeris Property Mgt. I emailed to confirm that he never showed and finally got a call from Marcus saying that he was in a hurry that is why he went into my unit by himself… OK… well a call ahead would have been nice. And is that even legal for him to enter without me? even though it is my last day? Very unprofessional and very frustrating since I wasn’t able to do the walk-thru with him. After talking to him on the phone it was agreed I would pick up any paperwork I needed including the final walk-thru… Next day on my lunch I swing by the leasing office and pick up the final paperwork/charges from Michelle… Everything looks OK, but they charged me for a whole months utilites even though my final day was on the 13th of the month so technically I should only have to pay approx ½ of that(this goes to the previous comments Unilocaler — the utilities are horrible). 1 person 1 bedroom apt= $ 120 for hotwater, garbage, admin fees??? Maybe because they let allow some people to move into 1 bedroom apt with 5 people to a unit??? fast forward 10 days later and I get a revised email from Michelle wanting to take another $ 250 of my deposit to cover all costs of cleaning the unit… So in total they need $ 550 to repairs my apt??? The carpet was already 2 yrs old… and everything else was new. When I signed the lease I didn’t even move in completely. I knew I shouldn’t have moved in on the first place. I just moved a bed in so I could sleep and my dressers/tv. No holes in the wall… nothing!!! I tried calling to get an explanation of the new charges… no answer… I emailed asking why the change in amounts and to have someone call me… still as of 4⁄28 no one has called me… all that I got was ANOTHER email with ANOTHER adjustment… so instead of taking $ 550 they now are taking a little over $ 300… you cant win with this company… THEWORSTEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHAD.

Worst place I have ever lived. Parking is insanely horrible, despite management allocating a spot to each apt unit. They use RUBS(Ratio Utility Billing System) which rips tenants off. Total bill for sewer and water in one month was 175.60 for Two people, we were told our utilities would avg roughly $ 80 a month. Management is non existent, like they don’t exist, unless you are interested in renting a property. There is constant trash everywhere. The cable lines did not work properly, thus we could not use comcast and had to sign up for DSL with Att. Dogs poop all over courtyard and is never picked up. The surrounding area is basically a haven for crackheads.
