My favorite hookah lounge in the Bay Area. Their service is absolutely amazing, they cater to their customers needs 100% and if there’s ever a problem with the hookah they’re always so nice to change it to make sure their customers are happy! The general ambiance of the place is very laid-​back and relaxed. Overall it’s a great place to go chill. relax, and smoke some good hookah.

The best hookah lounge in the area. The hookahs r great, the service is great n the environment is wonderful. Never been in a hookah place n had fun as much as in oo lounge. The best place to watch ur fav sport games n to spend the weekend nights.

It’s one the best hookah lounges in the bay area regarding the good service or the friendly environment. Recently they brought a second TV for people who are interested in watching sports plus the existing one for Fifa or Maden players. The owners are very smart in developing the place every day!

I have to say this place has grown on me, I feel like a found a new family, I been coming at least 4 days a week, after a hard day of work to relax and talk to my new friends or to finish a work assignments without the stress of the office I feel very welcome and the service is amazing.
The new owners are working really hard to make this place an amazing hang out for every ethnicity, I am really considering celebrating my birthday here and maybe they will teach me how to dance Arabic music lol.
Come and check it out! They just installed a new AC and added a new 65″ flat screen TV getting better and better prompts to the owners.

Great customer service! Always checking up if you like your hookah and asking if you need more coals. There hasn’t been a time when I went there and wasn’t satisfied with my hookah or the customer service! I would highly recommend this lounge! 5 starts all around!

Oo is the only hookah lounge I’ve gone to consistently that has had great hookah and great service throughout. The atmosphere and vibe is very chill and relaxed. It’s the only lounge I go to and I recommend it to everyone if you want a good experience and the best hookah in the bay.

Let’s just start with the hookahs, they are amazing! Great flavors and and they never disappoint. The workers are super friendly and always welcoming. It’s a friendly environment with a cool variety of music too. They constantly check up on how you’re doing and switch your coals consistently which you don’t find at many lounges. Definitely recommend!

Out of all the hookah lounges I’ve been to in the Bay Area, id have to say that Oo clearly has the best customer service and hookah. The ambiance is casual and chill. The workers are on top of changing the coals, helping you decide what you’d like to smoke if you’re new to hookah and love engaging in conversations with all their customers. Their music selection is solid and they love taking request from their customers. If you’re looking for a nice place to chill with some friends and smoke a good hookah, there isn’t a better place than Oo Hookah Lounge.

I came here last night to see what it was like. The bowl was perfect. The bowl was not under-​packed, nor over-​packed. The man who made my bowl is named Adad. He is very friendly and insightful about shisha and the business. He was very timely on making the hookah and bringing fresh coals out on a frequent basis. The music was unique as well in a good way because it was more diverse, and not just rap. The environment here is very family like. People walk in and shake hands with other groups. I think they are regulars and would not be surprised. I felt very welcome and with the extremely friendly environment I will definitely be coming back again.

Id give it a 3.5 star. I always get a mint hose with non mint flavors. If I remember right they have star buzz and fumari. Hookah seems to hit hit and miss on how well they are packed. I would say it’s one of the better hookah spots in east bay

This place rocks!!! I went there with my friends for the 1st time and tried the double apple wish so hard to get right and OMG it sure hit the spot big time…
I’ve been smoking hookah for a very long time and I know good hookah and this place for sure one of the best I ever try…
I will come back and highly recommend this place :)

Well the place needs a little bit of inprovements, need to change the furniture it is kind of old. The athmospher is for young, lay back people which is fine, but if they would like to atract all sorts of people they should make it more presentable. Older people don’t mind paying if the place is worth paying for it
Service is grea, the guys are very friendly. I will go back, but if someone else decides to open another place like this an it is more presentable I will go there even it is is more expensive

They have new ownership here. Used to be hookah mirage. The service here is cool, but the music definitely caters more toward middle easterns. Which i have nothing against, but I wont be coming back again thats forsure. I like listening to main stream music hip hop, r&b. if you enjoy middle eastern music then you’ll like this place. But if not youre better off going somewhere else.

Oo hookah is the best hookah I’ve ever smoked. After the new owners took over its a lot better. The customer service is excellent. They’re supper friendly and knowledgable about hookah. Love this place! Definitely recommended.

Ever since the new ownership I’ve been coming to Oo hookah lounge everyday. I really enjoy the chill atmosphere and the hookahs here are amazing and they last forever. They check up on you every 5 – 10 minutes to see if your coals are good. The staff here are very friendly and tend to your every need. I have told all my friends to start coming here. If you’re looking for a chill environment stop by Oo hookah lounge.

Well this hookah lounge is one of the best lounges in east bay. Their hookahs, services are very good. I understand they are new in the business but i can tell that they staff are very capable of what are they doing from packing the bowls, serving it and helping with coals. Bottom line this place is great. Good luck and keep the good work up.

Last night I randomly ventured out to this place because my friend and I were staying at the Marriott hotel. We came here to see the sublime /​rebelution concert.
I’ve been to my fair share of hookah lounges and this place was honest just eh. I mean I was craving hookah so it did the job and it also hit pretty well. Customer service was decent not over the top or horrible. Just right in the middle.
No one was walking around with coals until I wanna say about 45 mins after we ordered the hookah. And right when we were about to leave they were like «oh coal?» Like no … Were leaving we don’t need any coal clearly. Lol
The couches were kinda messed up it was sorta just ratchet. Lol i guess I’m just used to the nice hookah places in my area such as shisha nights in Hayward or red room in San Jose.

I came here once with my husband, hookah was pretty good and this is the best coal service I have had! They are really attentive but I think they need to update their hours. I tried to come here again to give them more business but no one was here. No one ever answers the phone. I came here today at 3pm because that’s when it says they are open but no one was here. It’s now 3:50 and still nothing. Please update hours!

It’s nice to write a 5 star review for a competitor. Competition is good, it forces good businesses to improve. The gentleman who served us and prepared our bowl is friendly and knowledgeable. The happy hour price for a mixed flavor in an apple bowl is only $ 12; that’s more than reasonable. The décor is welcoming and the seating is comfortable. As the owner of a hookah lounge, I appreciate the way they conduct business and the preparation of the bowl was as good as it gets. Congratulations and continued success.

WOW I was told theres new ownership here, and when I stopped by, I noticed the difference. Looked super legit, employees had uniforms, hookah was out within 3 minutes of ordering. they even offered us a free bowl if we could do some cool tricks with the smoke (def failed). it was a laid back, chill, bright, and welcoming environment. ill be back forsure

Great place to chill with a couple of friends. Really good prices and a decent menu of flavors. I usually get the double apple hookah, but they lots of different sweet type mixes.
Get there early (I think from 3−5pm) for their happy hours for $ 10 sessions.
This is the best Hookah Lounge in the Bay Area. The owner is on top of it. The staff are friendly and continuously keep your bowl going. The tobacco is the top of the line brands only. They mix tobacco and create wonderful flavors. The atmosphere and décor is lovely and perfect for relaxing with friends. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
