Official name-change? Anyhow, this place is terrible, they seem to always carry overly aged product (ejuices and disposables). That alone just shows they never really tried their own product and/or shows they overbuy on crap.
Customer service was good prior to a their poor attempt at turning the establishment into a vape lounge which I might add is equivalent to vaping it up in some housing project. Customer service is horrible or non-existent and the people pushing sales now are just not professional at all, half the time I went in to pick up my already pre-paid order found out that what I paid for was not available.
I would have given this place zero stars if I could, wish the new shop I go to now was around back when I started coming here.

great customer service really easy to get what I needed the re Cyrus was very helpful the location was a little hard to find it doesn’t say panda ecigs in the store so if your looking for it look for Apollo its the same store but either way besides it being hard to find Cyrus the rep was really helpful and will definitely be going back there again

Was referred by a friend, found the staff helpful, competent and friendly. The selection was outstanding. As a first time vape customer, I had walked into other shops and walked out, not receiving the service and instruction I sought. Not so with Panda, they were patient and instructive. If you’re thinking of trying this type of product, this is where you should start.

Just a follow up to my above complaint. Panda has changed their return policy. If you return an item for any reason you pay return shipping charges. If you receive a defective product, even upon opening you are responsible for the return shipping. This is because they know they are selling defective products. Be warned and be smart, just don’t do it!!!
