The worst custumer service experience I ever have, Came in this morning march/6/2016 around 10:30am. the sales lady have no clue how to help customer. she have low knowladge about the product or no suggestion that she can give to a customer. I came in because one of my friend told me about this place, its a waste of 10 minutes of my life. I have no clue how to discribe what I want and kinda need some suggestion for it, as I have no idea what is the kit called, she is staying quite and have no idea to give me too.(either she need coffee or hang over) Bad cutomer service, despite have almost helpless display, I was wishing the lady would be knowladgeble to at least have an idea or option to show or explain. The only reason i went out of my way to this place, because other place have not open until 11am, otherwise knowing I would have this type of bad custumer service, i would not step foot in this place. It would be a better place if you guys have a knowladgable sales staff or custumer service, specialy for custumer that doesnt have a clue for the E-cigarettes which also keep coming up with new model all the time. So the only way to get your attention is to write a bad review. Your products have gone from amazing to disgraceful. I’ve complained and came to the concord and Livermore locations and nothing has happened. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and guarantee behind your products. Ever since Cyrus has left the concord location things have gone down. But now he’s not even there. Step your game up or I’m done

I was referred to Apollo by a trusted friend and a long-time customer of theirs. I cannot say enough how helpful everyone their has been! I decided to get a Sub-Ohm tank since I have been vaping for a while and the smaller units weren’t «doing it» for me. Since I was a «newbie» to SubOhm, they needed a lot of patience with me and not only did I get a great education, it was given with a positive, upbeat attitude. Maria has been a real gem and not only fun to work with, she is SUPER knowledgeable about all their products and others out there, as well as on juice. When you walk into Apollo, you feel like you’re going to see friends. They sand by their products and if there are every problems(and there are FEW!), they will make things right. I can’t more highly recommend Apollo and Maria and I have been vaping since before it became so mainstream — started back in 2012. They’re the best!
