Double Header

Top of the line, genuine non scummy service. Went in today to get a male/​female for me rig and the gentleman helped me throughly and went out of his way to get me the pieces to complete my rig. Ive always loved this place, and always chose to come here over any other place. Most smoke shops are owned and operated by people who just want to make a sale and make the most profit. These guys really care that you leave happy and with a quality product they will even knock off a couple bucks off everything.

Going to this place for years. I know the previous owner. Was kinda worried when it was bought out, but have been very pleased with the customer service. George has helped me pick a down stem 2 times now, and when I was unhappy totally worked with me. They care about you getting what you want for a fair price.

Best little smoke shop hands down. Small, but packed with great glass, coolest staff in the east bay and great prices. Definitely worth checking out before you waste your time somewhere else

Everyone here is always so helpful. They have a huge selection of stuff… They are open late and on Sundays. I have always came here for all my papers and vapors they are awesome with taking their time and making sure you leave happy and with what you came in for.

Brian was extremely helpful and gave me a good deal on my pen accessories!!! If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend coming here first! They have tons of awesome stuff!!!

I bought a bong at this place about 5 years ago and needed to replace one of the parts. The customer service is excellent I had a nice young lady assist me with my purchase. Prices are a bit higher then say going to Berkeley or even Concord but I don’t have to worry about traffic or being in an unsavory area.
They have a reasonable selection of pipes, accessories and novelties. A great place to find the perfect gift for friends.

Let me start off by saying two things. One, I’m a very picky, OCD person and I knew exactly what I wanted coming in. Two, this was the fourth or fifth stop on my quest to find a replacement for the pipe I had accidentally destroyed early this day.
I wish I got the guys name who works at the shop, dude was a super cool, knowledgable and patient guy. Showed me some pieces from a trade show! This is a bonus as most shop owners/​employees don’t venture out and look for glassware that’s unique, durable and beautiful.
He also gave me some of his thoughts on a few pieces I had not considered, mind you he was well aware of what I was looking for as I had shown him a picture of my previous piece and told him a list of «must haves».
I’ve ventured into many smokeshops, and this one is nestled in a nice little corner of Martinez and offers better quality and more affordable pieces than MANY of the more well known shops in the area and in the Bay Area in general.
I didn’t look at the water pipes, except for a small corner of some gorgeous pieces (colors were epic), but I’m excited for my next trip here to see what specialties lie in store!

I’m honestly not that interested in the merchandise, but the customer service. Cute guy, fabulous car, that’s enough to make me buy stuff I can’t use.

This was my first time at this smoke shop (any smoke shop for that matter). I had read the reviews for this place a d decides to check it out. This place is the far corner of a small shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. There were 2 guys just leaving as I was walking in. The guy who was working there greeted me and I told him what I was looking for.
He was quick to answer the question and show me what he had. He asked me what size and showed me what had. I was sort of felt like I was pressured to pick one which was annoying. He showed me one for $ 20 that I initially liked. Then I asked to see an other item which was $ 50 and more for what I was looking for.
It was between those two, and I choose the 2^nd item. He said alright and went to another room of selection stuff. He carefully wrapped the item in bubble wrap and walked me back the register. $ 54 was the total — not bad — happy with the price and the product.
3 stars for the selection and for the quality of the items there. 1 star missing for thier website not working & not being able to order online. Last star missing for the lack of customer service — wasn’t bad but it could have been better.
Open 7 days a week!

Double Header has lots of glassware but not many smoke, could count them on both heads. the numbers in the glass case. looked overpriced
