I’ve always heard good things about this place so I wanted to have a baby blanket embroidered for my sister. I showed my idea of exactly what I wanted to the woman who helped me and she said that they couldn’t match the fonts I wanted exactly but they could use similar ones and I said that was fine. When I picked up the blanket the fonts they had chosen were not similar to what I had originally showed them, the words were not centered on the blanket itself, the words were not centered against each other (visually speaking or measurement wise) and the embroidery was significantly smaller than what I had asked for. So I took the blanket back and the woman I spoke to this time (I think she was the owner) basically told me I was wrong and that my design was fine and I was trying to take advantage of the business because I wanted my money back. My mistake was assuming that when they chose from the fonts they have they would have lined things up to make them look straight and centered. I also should have asked to see what fonts they could do before I trusted them to embroider the blanket.
