I’ve used this kiosk before with absolutely no problems. Yesterday, Saturday October 18, I went to have a shirt made that was going to say ‘Gonna stomp my boots in the Cali mud’. Very easy and simple. The process seemed to be going fine, then 10 minutes went by, then 20, and finally after 30 minutes the heavy set guy said ‘oh I don’t know what’s taking so long they’re making me pay to print it’ blah blah blah. To make my long story short I basically watched him on his computer for a good 45 minutes. I eventually told him I had an appointment at 2:15 and this process needed to be sped up. He said«well why don’t you just pay for it now and come and pick it up after?» As mad as I was I agreed. I then asked«well do I at least get a discount for waiting for so long?»(I want to mention I NEVER ask for that kind of stuff, I’ve worked in the retail and restaurant industry and can’t begin to tell you how annoying it is when people ask for a discount). He said«yeah I’m gonna give you a big discount. I’ll give you 10%. So you don’t have to pay the tax.» 10%?! wtf?! That’s not anything compared to the amount of time I’ve been standing here staring at you play around on your computer. So I paid and left to go to my appointment. I came back about 30 minutes later in which he promised the shirt would be ready. I walk up and he tells me, with an attitude, «I don’t know what’s wrong with it we can’t fix it». At this point I’m seeing red. So I responded with«fine! Just refund me the money I don’t have time for this bull****!» On top of all of this I still haven’t gotten my $ 25 back. Whatever you do, do NOT get a shirt made here. They’re expensive, unapologetic, and rude!

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Bay Area, CA
I would like to have posted a better review about this place but after my recent visit, I have some concerns. I’ve used this place before to create and fuse custom transfers with good results. It seems ownership changed last month(February 2014) and the new owners have room for improvement. They have potential, but need to consider being more considerate with their pricing AND adjusting their customer skills. I went there to have some letters and a design transferred on to two custom garments. I was greeted in a friendly manner by one owner. I told him what I wanted and he referred me to the other owner(a large guy) for the design & pricing. The initial process went well. We decided upon the design and was quoted a price that I thought was very high($ 100 for two garments with 1 — 8.5“x11″ transfer on the back &1 — 3“x3″ transfer on the front of each garment). We negotiated down to $ 80 which I still felt was high but we decided to go ahead with the project. The first garment went well, but they flubbed the front of the second one. They tried to blame the fabric but since the other transfers went on fine, it was obvious that it was operator error. Since these were custom garments, it wasn’t like they could just try it again. The second garmet was ruined. The ‘large guy’ quickly became confrontational and wanted payment in full. Well, that wasn’t going to happen. I was shocked how aggressive he became. His partner had to come over to calm him down. The large guy then offered to ‘knock $ 10 off the price’ which again wasn’t a good solution for me. His partner saw that I was getting upset and again, had to intervene to prevent this matter from escalating further. In the end, I paid for the one garment he did correctly($ 40) and nothing for the one they ruined. In the end, I would consider using them again under better terms. My advice is to proceed carefully and stick with items that can be redone if something goes wrong(like a stock t-shirt or similar).
