Don’t have a problem with this store in particular besides the fact that when I was in the store the sales rep helping me went over the contract and did not tell me that if I wanted to return the bed there would be a $ 200 charge for the company to come back to my home and pick it up. Also be aware that if you want to return this bedl be aware that if you bought a bed with an adjustable base(meaning that the head and feet go up) you can’t return the base, you are stuck with the base PERIOD !!! This mattress is absolutely UNBELIEVABLYHORRIBLE !!! It is the same as going to BIG5 and purchasing an air mattress like the ones you can purchase if you are having company from out of town. These sleep number beds are ABSOLUTELY the most uncomfortable thing I have ever ever slept on. I should have just went and bought an inflatable air mattress. That is what this bed is made of. You will be disappointed

Lets start with what I do know about mattresses… Absolutely nothing. I currently own and off brand air type bed and have been happy with it. I also have a very expensive coil spring mattress I hate. I have read hundreds of reviews and as you are already aware they are all over the place. I also know people that have sleep number beds and are happy. 1÷31÷15 I went into the Sleep number store in the mall and met with Tim. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. In no way did he try to push us into buying a bed, nor did he try and upsell us on a bed. We could have bought a C2, but we really liked the i8 and have been shopping for one for several months. The bed could turn out to be horrible, but the quality of service based on Tim alone gives them a 4. If the bed turns out to be crap it will not reflect on the salesman, but the company.

If you think spending large sums on a gadget bed solves a problem, think again. Do not buy this bed, it does not perform as advertised. After 4 years of use, the bed became soft and mushy in the middle. Sleep number sold me a new bed at 50% off as part of their warranty. Two years later, same problem and same offer made by sleep number. they refused to replace the bed. This time I will not buy a third bed for 50% off! I am researching good quality beds, not gimmicks. Am sorry I wasted so much money on such a poor bed.

A rude pushy sales lady approached us upon entering the door. After a rapid fire questions session I said I was interested in an iComfort but I just wanted to look around. She then turned and walked away without saying a word. She came back 15 seconds later and said«If your interested in the iComfort, they’re the ones that say iComfort on them.» …smart @$$. We immediately walked out. An easy sale turned to a no sale… Wise up!

If I could give these beds a «0» I would. 1 star seems too kind. My husband and I had heard good things from my grandparents, and thought we’d try one out. We really liked it in the store and thought it might help with my husband’s really bad back. It seemed to… in the store. Then we got it delivered. We’ve had it for 9 days and those are the 9 worst night of sleep I think we’ve both ever had. Can’t wait until our 30 days is up so we can return this sucker(minus the shipping and handling, with us paying return costs). Dang! What a bad buy. NEVERAGAIN. I’ll stick with my tempurpedic any day of the week!
