Starbucks

Eh. Reviewing Starbucks, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. A couple weeks ago I pull through the drive-​thru and place my order, no big deal right. Wrong. I tried to use a coupon that was on my phone. You know the ones that Starbucks gives out all the time if you use their app and refill you gift card with the app. Anyway.
I get to the window and hand the girl my phone. She scans and hands it back. I look and she hasn’t applied the coupon so I ask about it. She says oh don’t worry about it. You will get another coupon in a few days. I thought, that’s not the point. I want to use the coupon that I have today so I hand it back to her and ask to correct the error. As the window closes, I hear her mutter, «some people.» I didn’t know that asking her to charge me correctly was such a big deal. She gives it back to me and now says okay it will take a few minutes to show up.
…10 minutes later. Nothing.
Now I go inside and she actually had never issued the refund so the manager had to come out and actually issue the refund to my card. Luckily, I went inside because otherwise, I highly doubt I would have ever seen that $$ again.
Poor service to say the least.

I hate going to chain restaurants but this is a really good Starbucks. I’ve met people here, studied here, and gotten coffee before work. I recommended and they are very reliable.

It’s a Starbucks & it’s a busy one, but it does have a drive through! Lol They do not put whip on your drinks unless you specifically ask, which is probably a good thing for some, but I believe those some non-​whip people are weird. I was just introduced to the pay with your phone deal, so I’ll probably be around often to try that.

Fresh faces and lots of smiles today! Jason was friendly and took my order at the front counter. my coffee was done within a minute! Music seems slightly louder than usual today. But it could just be me. Traffic has been kind of busy since I’ve been here and place is still pretty clean! Good job, guys!

Terrible service. Cashier was nice but then it took forever to get my order. They were busy with drive thru orders. Completely ignored customers in the store. What is up with that.
One girl was kept wiping and cleaning stuff but had no interested in making drinks.

I’m reviewing a Starbucks… I’ve sunk to a new low.
Anyway my complaint… I’ve been three days in a row. They’ve been out of fruit for the oatmeal for 2 of those days. Both times I’ve been given my oatmeal with not so much as a «sorry we are out of xxx» no problem that you are out of something but better to let someone know vs them finding out later.
Other than that it’s a Starbucks…

I’m disappointed as this Starbucks was not open when I pulled up at 6:05 AM on Sunday. Yes, it was early. Yes, it was a Sunday. But they are scheduled for 6:00 and there were two baristas clearly sitting at the table waiting on someone to come and unlock the door so they could start.

VERY friendly crew and great service at this location! Just keep in mind that the drive-​thru can get backed up Mon-​Wed during the morning rush. I recommend going inside if you can help it.

Some of the nicest people. They all enjoy their jobs. I go through with my dog and they’re even nice to her. Today I realized I left the house without my wallet and somebody took care of it for me. A real“pay it forward” kind of place. And the coffee is always good. Never burnt

Not a huge coffee drinker but my wife likes it. So we went there after church and had a very relaxing time and enjoyed a ice coffee the atmosphere was relaxing and the girl at the register was very nice but the lady making the drinks was not very nice which wasn’t a big deal because the drink she made was pretty darn good.

Nothing unique but plenty of parking makes this an above average location. Staff was friendly and they were busy. Starbucks locations blend together but the one’s that are easy to get in and out of stand out.

A paragon of this suburbia. Hail to Starbucks, the Main Street for those who have no Main Street. I bump this Starbucks down a notch because its wi-​fi was spotty.

Worst starbucks experience EVER! We stopped here on our way from Atlanta to Raleigh. I ordered 4 beverages. We received 3. After waiting for my drink (which was ordered first, with no one ahead of me in line) I was finally asked if I was missing something. I repeated my order and received a larger size after some time. I was then informed that I would be receiving a coupon. I thought that was nice. I then waited another 5 – 10 minutes before attempting to leave when the woman I assume was the manager told me it would be a few minutes until I could receive the coupon. I then said I would leave bc a free coffee really doesn’t mean that much to me. She then said it would be only a few seconds. Upon finally retrieving the coupon she waved it in the air and stated ‘I don’t know which one of you this is for but here!’. I though it extremely rude especially since I didn’t ask for the coupon or even complain that they forgot my drink and subjected me to wait almost 20 minutes for 1 drink in an almost empty Starbucks!
To make matters worse, less than 10 minutes later, my sister and I had the worst stomach cramps due to what we assume is spoiled milk. We then had to stop… again. They cost us a minimum of 30 minutes on our trip.

I travel a great deal so i have visited dozens of Starbucks. This location is among the best. I come here a lot so several of the baristas already know my order — tall 4 pump no water soy chai… nectar of the gods. The staff here is always very courteous.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks, due to the fact it has a drive-​thru.
The employees here are also nice & friendly & always have a dog treat ready for Milo!
Here lately however, they are giving me my mocha coconut frappacinos already pre-​made. :(This is preventing me from giving them 5 stars instead of 4.
