My son had to use restroom they gave me a code to enter then there was a female employee in the restroom that got very upset I apologize then the manager just showed no care or respect that her employe used the wrong bathroom and was very rude once I apologized never aging going there… better managers showing care and respect my son does not need to walk into a female in the men’s bathroom let’s get better management at this location and less of the attitude and rolling of the eyes

I find it VERYINCONVENIENT that I constantly have to keep asking for non-fat milk because they don’t have it available at the cream and sugar station. They only have half & half available. The barista is always busy so after you wait in line, you have to wait yet again for their attention to grab it. Isn’t this a standard to have milks available at the condiment bar? It’s so annoying that it starts my day off wrong each time I walk into this place.

I love Starbucks usually the customer service is great but this location was a little upsetting the fact that there were 10 ppl in line and the 2 employees are in the back chit chatting instead of working and one of them was the manager is extremely upsetting

This is the closest Starbucks to work so I frequent this location often. Parking is decent and usually available. The staff is usually very friendly and remembers my drink and my name most of the time. It is pretty consistent with most other Starbucks but is a fairly large location with tables and comfy chairs. Some mornings it can get super busy but the baristas are efficient and usually get you in and out fairly quickly.

The staff is friendly. However, it can be a bit slow and I am usually a patient one. The best this about this Starbucks is the location for those walkers. The parking in the area is not ideal for the morning.

This starbucks is always packed with people! Whether its in the morning or late afternoon, there’s plenty of people here. My go to is ice coffee with everything. The price isn’t too expensive and it does the trick. If I feel like spending some more, I’ll order a frap. I usually get the double chocolatey chip frap, but now with the fall and winter rolling in, I love the salted caramel frap! It’s one of my faves. For breakfast, their sausage cheese muffin is pretty good. And for dessert, or a small snack, I LOVE the lemon cake. I suggest order the drink on the app and coming to pick it up, because that cuts your way time down by at least 10 – 15 min!!!

This starbucks is always so pleasant. Every time I come in, doesn’t matter what time it is, it is always packed. Expect about a 5 or so minute wait in line. Sometime longer, but once you get the the front, the one taking your order is also friendly.

Howard Schultz makes sure that part time employees get health care, access to higher education, good pay, and training(that will go with them wherever they go in life) to systematically serve the highest quality products in the most efficient way. Sam, one of those employees who was hired because a hiring manager believed she could give quality service that matches that level of promise and commitment. Just threw that hope away so she could stop a man with two children from using the restroom before purchasing a cup of coffee. As if he should even have to purchase something to use a restroom. Yes he did buy a cup of coffee after he used the restroom. He did not tip and they did not deserve a tip. Sad day at an American mainstay!

One of the best coffee shops out here. I love how they remember my drink right away and my name! Best Batista’s ever! They keep the store clean and organized. The parking isn’t that great but o’well. The only thing i disapprove is no more free water without a purchase, but anyways i love this starbucks and their employees. Better then peets

I’m not a big fan on how the employees treat the customers at this Starbucks. I work right across the street so I go there frequently. Plus, they don’t give out large waters anymore which is inconvenient, especially because I usually pay more than $ 20 there for myself & my coworkers. I’ll just go to the Pete’s coffee next to it from now on.

Now THIS is what customer service is all about! A true TEAM of people working together to provide an amazing experience for the customers. Genevieve was especially kind to me on this day and I have decided, based on her attitude, that I will drive the extra miles to come to her location. I’m speechless just listening to them interact with the customers as I wait for my delicious(and always perfect) decaf misto! Bravo Genevieve and the crew!!! Oh what I would give to be surrounded by these people all day everyday! Amazing experience!!!

Although the wait in line wasn’t too long and the cashier was friendly. I waited upward of 10 mins for a mini Frap and a shaken iced tea. I don’t blame the barista because he stood alone while too other employees stood close and did nothing! But I guess that is to be expected from start bucks. Overall the store was clean and beverages were what I expected.

I’ve been in this Starbucks location many times. The staff are friendly and drinks are the standard cups of yum I expect from any Starbucks. The location is convenient for the businesses and patrons shopping around Todos Santos Plaza, but parking on the nearby streets is otherwise somewhat limited and not very convenient. This location isn’t abnormally large, but always seems pretty loud when I’m inside. They have a few tables available both indoors and outdoors and they have always been clean and wiped down when I’ve been in here. I often use the tables to meet with clients and it’s nice to have noticeably clean work stations. A good selection of music is usually playing, but sometimes it can be a little bit louder than it needs to be. I probably wouldn’t come here to read a book, but it makes a great environment for studying or chatting.

I’m disappointed in the staff. I walked in on a Tue and asked them if I can get their coffee grounds for my composter and garden. They said I will have to call in the morning and remind them, than come around 8:30pm to pick them up. They gave me some they had and told me to call and come on Thursday. I told the manager«for sure, I’ll come Thu night». She said yes for sure but call first. This morning I called and spoke to Erick. He assured me he will save them for me. I just drove there to pick them up but they didn’t save them for me. The lady was very sweet and apologized. She even offered a free beverage. So how can we do this? I want to recycle the coffee grounds which they throw away into garbage. What do I need to do… I will try it again tomorrow and if this happens again I’ll go elsewhere. I followed exactly what they asked for yet they didn’t keep their promise.
