I enjoy getting their drinks here because they allow you to choose how much % of sugar you would like to add and the amount of ice for your drink. Not a lot of places give you that option. 5 stars for letting me control the sweetness level.

Great environment and selection of teas/slushies. It’s always nice coming here and picking out their specials. Good location as well as I like to take a stroll through downtown with tea in hand.

My go to drink there is the mango green tea creama. I love the combination of that sweet and salty creama along with the tea. We drive all the way to Concord just for this specific Sharetea store. My boyfriend and I love the crew. Fast and efficient. If you’re a regular customer there, they’ll eventually remember your order.

I love the mango green tea with boba!!! The ice levels are a great way to decide how cold I want my drink depending on the weather that occurs that day! I would love to try more drinks if I could get out of my comfort zone! It’s around $ 4 a drink which is a little high but it’s worth it!

After being introduced to it, I’m definitely a fan! It is better than a lot of the other boba places I’ve been to. I really like that you can tailor the sweetness and ice level to your taste. I usually get the iced black milk tea(+/-boba depending on my mood) with normal ice and 30% sweet. 30% sweet is the right amount of sugar where I can still taste the black tea. There is good amount of parking available so shouldn’t be too hard. There is seating inside and isn’t usually too crowded so you can likely find a place to sit.

I’ve been here a few times and can’t figure out what to order. I tried the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea today with less sugar and little ice and it’s just too sweet. Boba is fresh and chewy but something about drink is off for me. I think the sweetness is distracting from the tea flavor. I’ve tried a few other teas like Classic Milk Tea and Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea and it’s just okay. The counter people are very helpful and nice. And they do work through the line quickly. There’s a small parking lot but it fills up quickly so good luck parking on the street on a busy afternoon!

First time at this ShareTea location. It’s a good location in Concord area. It’s a good tea place because they have a variety of toppings and they can customize your drink. I ordered a few of their famous items: Honey Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly Okinawa [roasted brown sugar] with pear tea Mango Iceland Earl Grey Cream Overall, drinks was good and refreshing! Service was just ok nothing to rave about. I will definitely go back and order another Okinawa. Yummy for my tummy!

I love ShareTea! They have the best Hokkaido milk tea which I like with the lychee jelly. They are always so prompt with the orders and it’s never a disappointment when I have my usual. I also recommend the Okinawa Pearl milk tea which is also very good, as well as the taro milk tea. PROs: Prompt customer service; authentic milk teas CONs: Less variety compared to my «new» favorite tea place. Nonetheless, I still love my classics at ShareTea.

I waited to review this place bc I was in love with my boba spot in Pittsburg & wanted to give it a fair review. I have to say I like this place more but both are great spots bc they’re in different cities. I like that this place has the option to substitute soymilk in their fresh milk teas whereas other places tell you they use powder and don’t give you any other options. I also like that they close late so I can always get my boba fix. They have a rewards program with Five Star so you can get free toppings or drinks. They have a buy one get one free drink everyday, lots of tea and toppings options, even though something they should look into is fresh fruit, their boba is sweet and gushie like I like and the one thing that I really like it’s that they have yet to run out of boba or tea when I’ve come in. This is one of the better places for boba in Concord so yes you’ll find a line most of the time, but you’ll get your drinks fast and it’ll be worth it, trust me.

Let me just say that it’s about time Todos Santo Plaza and the area near it had a boba place. Like, boba, bubble tea, whatever you want to call if has been IN for years now. Park & Shop has Quickly and even though it’s a short walk from Todos to there, I’m called ShareTea has made it’s way to this spot. Sure it replaces the Quiznos, but I think this was a smart investment. Not only do you have people coming from their jobs but you got people come from Mt. Diablo High School too. It’s right by the other Los Gallos restaurant, Starbucks, and across the street from Bank America. It has it’s own little parking lot behind the shop. There’s about eight or ten. But if that’s full, you can use any of the three garages in the complex, there’s street parking, basically there’s parking. You’ll find it. You’ll get a cross between a few seconds walk to a two minute walk. Big sign saying ShareTea. Inside is pristine clean and bright. There’s a menu up above and in eye view as you enter the shop. There’s also smaller menus as you get to the counter or on the right of the entrance by the straws. They got taro tea, strawberry, coconut, a ton of players that I can’t name at the top of my head(that’s why I took a photo). Just choose a flavor. Choose whether it will be tea or a ICE drink. You can adjust the sweetness too. 100 percent sweet to 0 percent sugar sweet. Same thing with the amount of ice. My go to drink here or any boba spot is their Oreo shake. They call it their Oreo Pearl ICE drink. You can’t adjust the sweetness or the ice with this drink, but that’s not a problem. It’s absolutely refreshing to have. The Oreo flavor isn’t overpowering. It’s a right blend of the Oreos and the ice. OH and it comes with boba. WONDERFUL Now they have a rewards system. For every dollar spent, you get a point. Reach 15 points you get a free topping, and so on. It’s easy to sign up. Just put in your number and there you go! Get the FiveStar app too. Helps you keep track. The price is not bad. You can count on paying about 4.50 for a drink. But the size is what Quickly calls large. Worth the the money. Lovely spot! I keep coming here. I’ll probably never stop. Why? It’s has a lot of options, simple price for a good size drink, easy access, quick to get drink, and excellent service.

So fr so good. I can’t give a proper review until I come more than three times. They close at 10 and servers are friendly. Lots of tables to sit and watch TV(only one). I ordered green matcha red bean(hot) milk tea and it was great! Smooth, and not so sweet.

Ordered a wintermelon w/lemon juice drink & a taro milk tea w/boba. The boba in the drink was cooked perfectly! It had the right softness in there but the taro drink tasted absolutely digusting! You could tell it was mixed w/powder because it still had the purple powder at the top. When i came in they were pretty busy but had enough staff to knock out the line. Although they need to have a better system though because the gentleman at the register was working extremely fast to get this line down but the rest of the people making drinks were just waiting on orders to come in. The place is super cute & bright. However, this place is FILTHY. They need to wipe up the condiment area. The floor was so dirty from all the drinks being spilled when people probably put their straw through the top. Also i went into their restroom & it was horrific! There was paper towels all over the floor & you could tell no one has gone on there to check on restrooms! After seeing that i proceeded to look behind the counter & it was DISGUSTING! There was ice all over the floor, there was debris in the corner that looked like it was«supposed» to be swept up, and the counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped in hours! The cleanliness in this store is at an all time low run by high school/college kids. What makes you think the quality of my drink is even great when the place isnt even well maintained? I will update this review if i come back.

I liked it. I was a little nervous trying this place out but the Strawberry black tea was delicious. I have never tried out Share tea. But after trying it today I approve. The place inside has plenty of sitting space. They were very fast when they served us. The staff seemed very pleasant to all of us. I will definitely be back at share tea to try out another flavor.

No complaints with this place! I ordered a mango green milk tea with aloe vera jelly and pearls. Ahhh! So good! This is my favorite drink I’ve ever ordered at any boba place by far. Will definitely come back in the future!

TL;DR: Lots of choices. 50% sweetness. Fresh taro. Hot versions of drinks! This place has some pretty unique flavors of drinks. Their Hokkaido milk tea(roasted brown sugar) and Okinawa milk tea(caramel toffee) are ones that I’ve only seen in LA, so it was nice to be able to have those drinks again up here in NorCal. Their pearls are delicious and chewy. They also have a really good Matcha Red Bean tea, as well as a Black Sesame Milk Tea.(I don’t usually get pearls with those two drinks because there are enough particles to deal with.) I love that ShareTea uses fresh taro for their teas. Trust me, I enjoy the occasional artificial purple taro slush, but it’s nice to enjoy a drink made from real taro every once in a while. It’s a good idea to tone down the sweetness with a lot of these drinks, especially the Fresh Taro milk tea. I asked for 50% and even then it was pretty sweet. I usually go for 30 or 50% whenever I get a drink here. This place is packed all the time, and for good reason! This location lives up to its name, and I definitely keep going back for more.

I’ve found myself craving a Sharetea every so often, more often than not lately… it seems. LOL This location is not that close to my house compared to the Berkeley location, but parking is definitely more convenient & it’s not packed with college kids at every hour of the day. I’ve been here about 5 times and each time, the kids here are very friendly. They do a good job at listening to your request and you don’t feel rushed. I came in around 1:30PM on 12⁄23 and placed an order for 3 drinks and got lucky because the 4th one was free. My son ended up with a second drink which he was more than happy to save for later. He’s a taro milktea addict, thanks to mommy for introducing him – because he used to ask me why I liked milkteas so much. I have found my new favorite drink here, the iced fresh milk taro with pudding. It’s delicious, refreshing and filling. Almost a meal on its own…

After being open for server all months now, I think this place deserves 4 stars now. This is the only boba place in the east bay that is worthy enough to be recommended. I am now in love with the taro ice blend and taro milk tea with boba of course. Second option is honey milk tea, and if all fails a passion fruit tea. Their boba is really flavorful and chewy. That’s something I personally enjoy. This place has gotten major improvements, and the owner actually cares about your opinion. Last time I had a bad experience, the owner reached out to me to let me know that was unacceptable. So an extra star for that!

This place is pretty good! I actually do not go around to get boba anymore because I have not found a place that is up to par for me(and no I do not like going to quickly anymore!). I ordered a Taro Milk tea and had some vanilla ice cream mixed into it! For the size you get not bad for the price. Definitely coming back to try more cream flavors!

Boba places are sprouting like mushrooms in the city, so it was only in due time that the East Bay gets a Sharetea outpost. Less than a ten minute walk from Concord BART station, I’m happy that I can get my hands on boba even without having a car. The place is big with plenty of seating and parking is not an issue, unlike SF! Whenever I come to Sharetea, I usually feel the need to deviate from my usual Okinawan with boba at 50% sweetness. I’ve tried other options like the classic black milk tea, Hokkaido(caramel toffee) and coffee.(I don’t have the desire to try any of the creama offerings since those seem like a sugar bomb) None satisfies my taste for milk tea, like the roasted brown sugar flavor of the Okinawan, so now, I pretty much stick to that. Old habits die hard? yes, I think so. Concord is definitely on the up and up! I should go home to visit the parents more often ;-)
