Ordered two grande peppermint mochas and got two ventis instead. Nice free upgrade. Staff was nice but their delivery was all over the store.

Ordered 2 large coffees. Got one of them. Right away took 15 minutes to get the second one. Gave me a grande instead of venti. Extremely poor service and were very resistant to giving me the right size. Go somewhere else.

The people complaining about the wait it’s because a lot of people stop there and use the drive thru. I parked and went in, and got my drink in under 5 minutes even though the drive thru line went around the building and out the parking lot. If you had to wait when no one else was there, then there is a problem. But otherwise, just like every other Starbucks, fast and friendly with lots of seating inside and out!

Convenient is about the best thing I can say about this place. Stopped in this morning, 6 people working and no one at the register. Waited 10 minutes only to find they didn’t make my drink. Evidently no manager managing anything. Get it together folks.

I usually don’t stop by this Starbucks anymore. I have waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru. The wait times here are crazy. The last time I went, we decided to go in because of the drive thru line. There were flys flying around the front tables, and it smelled. Wouldn’t recommend, obviously.

I have been waiting 10 minutes for 2 caramel macchiatos. There are starbuck employees standing around while there are many drinks waiting to be made. And I am pretty sure there are drinks being made before mine! It’s ok, it another reason why I will start going to mom and pa coffee shops!

The quality of coffee you would expect from a Starbucks at about 4 times the wait, if not more. Made the mistake of stopping for a much needed pumpkin spice latte and left 15 – 17 minutes later with what other Starbucks pump out in about 2. Maybe I’m spoiled by the service of others but man, I was caught off guard by how slow the service was. Happy sippin’. Just don’t go if you have the slightest issue with patience! On a brighter note… the pumpkin spice latte was decent.

This is what a Starbucks should be. At 6:20 AM, I was in and out very quickly. The gal who asked «What can I get started for you?» was friendly, my coffee was perfect, it only took a few moments and even better, my coffee was free thanks to my birthday reward.
This was a very good experience!

Update: Service at this location has recently gotten pretty slow. Still a good cup of joe.
Stop here often on my way to work. Coffee is always great, food usually so. Just off I-​85 so drive thru is always busy but quick. Inside is slower when full, but hey, if you’re going inside you probably have a few minutes anyway right?
Friendly folks– they always know my face, sometimes remember my drink, never remember my name. Inside has tables & free wifi, bathrooms are always very clean. Not so much of a hangout– most people are in & out.

Love that this location has a drive through! The employees there are hit & miss in the friendly department. Same goes for my beverage /​food order.
I’ve honestly never gone inside; just always used the drive through. Beware… this place stays pretty busy, therefore, you may have to wait in line for a while. They share a parking lot with a couple other businesses, so parking is an issue. They do have patio /​outdoor seating, which is a plus.
