Do not waste your money! The place is very untidy. The employees does not walk around to clean. The pizza is pre-cooked(not made to order) there was no ice in the machine and the café was closed due to no available cook. The«supervisor» Sierra was unaware of the deal«the Arcade Combo 5» which was advertised on the website. However, she did honor it. We were given Chuck E. Cheese tokens along with theirs. Hopefully they work at Chuck E. Cheese, because we’re leaving with plenty and won’t be returning. Sorry I didn’t read the Unilocal reviews before going.

I’m only giving this two stars because my son had a good time playing on the playground with his friends and enjoyed his birthday. From my perspective this place deserves negative stars. Service was terrible. Our hostess did absolutely nothing to help us with our party. Everything was dirty and disgusting. No toilet paper in the restrooms. No ice in the soda machine. Nobody willing to help with anything. To top it off they threw away our cake!

The Jungle has gone down hill! The appearance is awful but the people working here are friendly. The pizza was decent, not bad at all. I think it’s over priced, but it has potential. If your into party planning and can decorate then you will be okay here. Don’t plan on using what they offer in the party package such as party utencils. We brought our own and decorated our room.

I attended a birthday party at the jungle this past Saturday. My friends and I went to the food court to order some food, we ordered chicken wings and fries, we waited 45 minutes for our food and it had not arrived. I asked the employee about our order they said it will be another 15 minutes. I asked for my money back and they said that I needed a receipt. I told them that I threw my receipt away on an accident but I remember my order number. They told me to go up front to ask for my money back, I went up to the front counter and a guy who states he was the supervisor was very rude and told me that I could not get my money back without the receipt, I told him that the employee at the food court said I can get my money back and his response was«Sorry she’s new she doesn’t know what she’s talking about» to make a long story short I ended up getting my money credited back to my credit card but I was upset because not one manager came and tried to assist me, they are very short staffed and very rude.

I went to the Jungle today from 11am-1:30pm. We had fun climbing around and going through the tubes. Did step on a sticky spot on the carpet on the ramp going upstairs and realized that it was gum. Thank god it didn’t stick to my shoe. I can see a lot of changes that were made since the last time we were there(ex. no more ball pit when the kids come down the one slide, most games being moved downstairs, etc.) but it still needs significant improvements. Many of the games were out of tickets and two of the ticket redemption machines were not working leading to a LONG line at the 1 working machine. There were no employees in sight in order to add tickets to the machines(unlike CEC where you can always get an employee to come add tickets). My biggest frustration came in with the employees and the food. I ordered food at 12:20 — just a basket of fries and a nacho. I kept checking to see if it was ready and about 25 minutes later I come back and one of the women says the fries sitting under the lamp(that were sitting under the lamp when I ordered) were mine but that the nachos were not ready yet. I tasted one fry and told her they were completely cold and she said they would«redo» them. We waited and waited and finally got the nachos about 15 minutes later. We waited another 10 minutes for the fries and decided to ask for my money back as the kids were hungry and I was frustrated. We went to the front to try to get a prize on our way out and waited and waited for someone to come and help us — there were several employees helping people who were entering the facility. We finally gave up and exited and then realized we still needed their help to get our shoes. We waited and finally after practically screaming for their help they came and gave us our shoe basket. When I was waiting for my food there were several birthday parties going on that the upset parents were coming over to the food area telling them that they were missing pizzas, plates, etc. I have to say that I may come back here but only to crawl in the tubes — not to eat and I will not allow my son to play games. There is a lack of management and we didn’t see any managers or anyone seeming to take charge. No one even apologized about my food situation.

The Jungle in Concord is a complete disappointment. Lack of employees, no management oversight, no child safety precautions in place, very little arcade games and of those few some weren’t even operating correcting, the prizes at their counter to redeem tickets had nothing but a lousy excuse of prizes– something out of a really bad dollar store, the overall state of the place was dirty and disgusting– the outside street was cleaner. I would never return even if it was the only place to go. Don’t waste your time or money… Go to Dublin Chuckee Cheese instead.

This place is filthy. It would be a great place to take the kids but its so filthy im not bringing them back. They need some major upgrades and they need to hire a cleaning service or something. Also Most of the games were broken, and the ticket eater kept breaking down while we were using it.

Came here for my niece 2 year old birthday. First impression was OK it looks fun but when you come in its just looks Hella dusty like these machines are never cleaned. Anyway as I’m typing this im in my niece party room waiting on two slices of pizza because I guess they cook slices individually Wtf. Been waiting ten minutes and counting. ANYWAYNAW I WON’T be coming here again.

This place has so much potential! But F for fail Only 2 staff, on very busy school holiday. Huge lines, long wait for crappy food. If this place had a few upgrades would be great, more like Rainforest Café with decent food, more staff. Definitely a beer selection would bring in more money for these upgrades.

just like all the reviews said the place is disgusting. i’m a general manager and one thing i train my team is to clean clean clean. the air is so full of dust, you can see the dust physically on the equipment, they have the nerve to make a sign that says«pardon our dust, we are working on it,». i use to come here when i was kid. now it’ looks like it’s been neglected. it’s not busy as the owner claimed it was as to make an excuse why it’s dirty. my daughter and her friends had fun as they don’t notice this type of issue. i didnt get the 100 tickets that i paid for, for the pkg I purchased. do not come here its dirty in the front of house imagine how dirty it is on the back of house where you can’t see. i will never be back or bring my children back. rip off.

We have been here numerous times. Today was the worst. Staff was friendly, I will give them that. The walkways between the play structure had carpet squares separated and lifting up, creating trip hazards and also was dirty. Floors and some tables looked dirty as well even though they just opened up for the day. The café area looks dated and old. The men’s restroom had an annoying light flicker with the sinks and urinals looking pretty bad. Tables and chairs not in the best shape as well as the floor. The men’s restroom is propped open by a garbage can because the inside door handle is broken clean off. Looking outside there is a bunch of junk that nobody wants to see when looking outside. That looks like it is from another store though. Overall unless this place does a complete renovation, we won’t be coming back.

Decided to take my 3 year old her for the first time and it’s looking like it’s gonna be the last time as well. I should have known to check reviews of this place before making the 30 min drive. Why I gave them 1 star: 1. Garbage everywhere 2. Smelled like urine and feet(worse than CEC) 3. Customer service sucked. High school kids, and wasn’t even sure who even worked there. If the place was swept, vacuumed, floors were mopped, sanitized and if only the employees picked up garbage or at least enforced the parents to not allow children to bring drinks and food into the play area and the employees could at least pretend to be at work instead of just hanging out in the front(I know it isn’t their job to watch over kids but at least walk around and make rounds to check on the cleanliness of the facility) then this place wouldn’t be as bad.

I gave this place 1 star because it doesn’t let me give 0 stars. The first reason is a health reason. We bought some ice cream and it was gummy and obviously either old or had been left out and refrozen. It looked so nasty. I certainly hope that no children get sick eating the ice cream. Second reason was the owner’s disgustingly rude behavior and unprofessionalism. When I asked him for his name he states«I’m the owner!» So as I waited for my refund I opened up my Unilocal app. When he saw me do this he said«That’s not gonna do anything!» I said«excuse me?» And he says«you writing something bad isn’t gonna do anything because it doesn’t matter.» The guy in line next to me told him he couldn’t believe he was talking to a customer like that. He should be ashamed. The whole line of customers were all shocked at his terrible behavior. I can’t believe this place is run by someone so rude and unprofessional. I am reporting them to the health department as well as the better business bureau. I will make sure I write reviews on all social media and any available website because guess what Mr. Owner, it does matter! The way you treat your customers matter!!! Update: Molly, I’m glad you guys act like you care however, you leave no contact info but request to have me answer you question as to which day I was there. I’m sure if you ask the owner of the business, he will be able to tell you because it was a BIG issue. Unless he acts that way towards many people which would and could make it difficult for him to remember the situation. I feel that your response is not sincere but it’s an attempt to try to save face and make it look like your business cares about its customers when really it’s quite obvious that you all only care about how you look on here so you can get more customers to make money. Completely selfish! Treat your customers with respect when they’re in your establishment. And really, talking to you on Unilocal is pointless because NOTHING will change because it’s the OWNER(sayed or said however you spell it) who is acting like a complete jerk. If the owner is acting that way, what in the world could you actually do to change that?! Ridiculous!

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. There was poop on a slide we told the teen at the register and he said he would take care of it and continued to do his job, tyne bathrooms had no toilet paper. The party started a hour late due to them being understaffed and not having the food ready. All the employees are teens. It seems like there’s no responsible adults working here and it’s Saturday. Wtf. Never again.

Yes the structure was dusty but what do you expect? That thing is huge it would be very hard to clean not to mention the time it would take to clean that thing(w/out getting lost) with so many kids running around it’s going to be messy so no big deal. The worst part is the staff that works there. Not really the staff just this one girl. Let me tell you. This girl named DOMINIC. I don’t know how old she was but she was rude. Very rude. She was working the prize area and I understand a bunch of kids wanting to pick their prizes out can take forever. But they’re kids and there was so many to choose from. Instead of being understanding she rolled her damn eyeballs at my children because they were taking too long. On top of that when they repeatedly asked her how much tickets they had left she began to yell the amount out to them in an irritated tone. Then she kept asking are you guys done? Obviously not, with the tickets we still had, the numbers right in your hand sweetie. There were 2 others working at the prize stand and they didn’t snub the kids like she did. Why work at a kids place if you’re just going to be irritated by them. Kids had a lot of fun here, they did but because of this childish girl I will not be back. Kids need respect too!

Overpriced, underserved, unsanitary and just a broken shell of a chuckie cheese knockoff with a niche. Employees seem to be high school students who don’t care nor pay attention to customers. It was frustrating having to go up front to order food due to a down revisited and to almost be passed up by a family who came up last moment and did not even get in line was aggravating. 2⁄3 of the menu is no longer available including all of the salads and ice cream. Restrooms are flooded the the men’s side with soiled water flowing out of the facilities. Only thing decent is he giant obstacle course for the little ones. This is the first and last time I’m bringing my child here… edit: this visit was Saturday 8÷8÷15

I can’t believe how down hill this place has gone! Overall it’s filthy, could seriously use some updated chairs. Dust all over the toddler area, no longer playing music. The upstairs area used to be a pretty cool arcade for the kids, they have now split the arcade between upstairs and downstairs, upstairs looks like the arcade games that no one no longer wants to play with empty abandon space. I will not be taking the children back here.

This place is OVERPRICED. I did a birthday party for my 1 year old. First thing, I walk in and it smells. It’s so hot in there and the air is so stale. Second I went to the bathroom to change my babies diaper and there was no changing table and it stunk so bad in there. Bathroom was filthy. So I’m waiting because my party room is suppose to be ready at 2 and its past 2 and nothing. Like at 2:10 the young girl calls us on the intercom. So we go she doesn’t even introduce herself.(At the other jungle in San Jose the party hosts actually play games with the kids). So she just serves the pizza And leaves. And to top it off she’s asking me details on what I wanna do in front of all the guests. Then she’s basically rushing me to get out exactly at 3:00 when she didn’t even give us the full hour. Floor was dirty, I was so eager to go home and give my kids a bath. Never again.
