The most affordable in the area and the most enthusiastic and friendly on the phone. I was very impressed with their customer service from the start. The tech that came out was professional and explained things in full detail. It took about an hour for him to finish and he even got the red Kool-​Aid stain out of the light colored carpet. I was very impressed and now will only use Troff if I need any further services.

I gave the highest possible rating because it was a great experience! We are not sure if we got more value in the professional cleaning or the knowledge from the professional… who happened to be the owner. Either way we feel better about cleaner carpet, understanding aging carpet better while validating the good investment we made 10 years ago in carpet and how Troff will assist in prolonging the life of it or any new carpet we may buy. Very personable both on the phone and in person.

I’ve tried several carpet cleaners, and these guys are the best. Came on short notice, neatly dressed, super nice, and the price was surprisingly low. My house smells great too!
Do yourself a favor, and give Troff Carpet Cleaning a try!
