Wendy’s

Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food places to stop for lunch. This location gets very busy around lunchtime since it’s sole Wendy’s location in Concord close to the State Offices with the parking lot almost full and the drive-​thru queue wrapped half way around the building. I think Concord needs another Wendy’s location! For reference, Nashua and Manchester each have 4 and 3 Wendy’s locations respectively.
I try to go here when it’s not busy and I order my favorites including the chili, frostys, grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, and fish sandwiches. The iced coffee here is too sweet for my taste. The service here is usually quick during the non-​busy times and the food tastes very fresh.
ACCESS: Main access point on the south side of Loudon Rd, just east of Blodgett St and back access point from the less busy Pembroke Rd.
The parking lot/​driveway/​drive-​thru lane wraps around the building, but not in front (cannot circle the building by vehicle). Must exit onto Loudon Rd if you use the drive-​thru.

I’ve stopped here 2 different times using the drive-​thru & the service was fast & the food was hot & fresh.

Fast food is notoriously dependent on the staff making the food at any particular time but bottom line is that we stopped here on the way up to the Whites around 10PM and although the place was dead they made us absolutely fresh, hot fries, burger, nuggets, etc. One of those experiences that reminds me how good fast food can be if its fresh.
