Whiten My Smile Now

So, I was trying to find a place to whiten my teeth and I got lucky enough to come across this place. The girl who assisted me was funny and sweet. Her name was Emily. I recommend that anyone looking for a smile upgrade definitely visit here. I got the 45 minute treatment and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Did I mention that this way of whitening doesn’t hurt!!! Seriously, I have really sensitive teeth and somehow this way of bleaching had no side effects of home or dentist bleaching! How? I don’t care! I will go back in 3 months to keep my smile looking this good! Yay!!! I feel beautiful!

Difficult to deal with and acted like they were doing me a favor. The website states hours are 10am but apparently they are under staffed and won’t come in til 1PM. The lure people in with groupon but then try not to honor them and provide a different option at a higher price. Shady business practice and Groupon should not be doing business with them.

I too was very disappointed in this purchase. I bought the Groupon for the 20 minute session and had no problem paying the additional to upgrade to the longer session with the understanding that you get a kit to take home with something called «white ice» and then you can return with your white ice and plastic part that goes in when whitening for future visits. Between the two purchases it cost over $ 100. But then when you go in for visits (which upon purchase I was not told you needed an appointment), but later was told you needed to schedule appointments. And then when I did schedule the appointments I was told I could only sit in chair for 15 minutes. This was not told to me when I bought the upgrade. So the «owner» sends me off after 15 minutes even though two of her three chairs were free and there was no reason I couldn’t stay for an additional 15 minutes (if caring about your customers teeth whitening were the case, she would have let me stay, as I had to drive quite a long way to go). But no, she sent me away saying I could schedule another appointment tomorrow or any other day. Thanks a lot Whiten My Smile, you don’t seem to care about your customers, you only seem to care about selling more and more Groupons (or other promotions), and then counting on people not coming back due to your non-​caring attitude for your customers. Shame on you.

What a rip off! I paid 39.00 through «DealSaver» for a whitening treatment. I drove to the office in Cornelius (from Charlotte) because I didn’t want to sit in the middle of a mall and have my teeth whitened. She showed me where my teeth were now on a teeth shade model then said for my 20 min. session I would go up «one or two shades» I could pay 59.00 for the rest of the 15 minutes I would need for «real whitening» or 59.00 for an «ice» pen to use at night or 39.00 for a «home whitening kit». If I didn’t buy TODAY I would need to «start over» with a 189.00 session (up to 299.00 for the whole session!!! Needless to say… got my «20» min. session… which lasted FOUR songs on the radio (I counted… had a feeling). I count songs when I run for distance and I am pretty proficient and there is no way this was 20 minutes! …and I paid my tax… yes, you are charged tax on your deal saver… and left NEVER to return. I came home and whitened my own teeth the way I always do with Plus White Gel. They are white and nice, but no thanks to «Beaming White»… yes they have changed their name… wonder why?! Buyer beware!

Very very disappointed in the integrity of this business. SALES SALES SALES OVER HONESTY. My husband had the initial treatment and there was no improvement BUT improvement was promised IF he bought the upgrade which was additional treatments.

My teeth are pretty sensitive so I was apprehensive to get them whitened. I decided to start with 15 minutes and if it didn’t hurt continue from there. 45 minutes later I had a much whiter smile and no sensitivity or pain. To maintain my teeth a maintainence item came with my package, I can go in for a touch up whitening whenever I want at any location for free! I send all my friends and family in, great results and great prices!
