I’ve been to the gym at different times on several days. And I must say that at night there are 2 young girls at the desk and they do no work at all. When the other girl Jennifer was running the gym I would see her very hands on with the front desk and with cleaning but I’m not sure what happened to her. This new lady is there and I think her name is Tracy and I never see her clean or helping out. I hear a lot of complaints about her. She walks around like if she’s all that. About a month ago when I would go in the mornings everyone would work and I loved seeing that. I love this gym but some of the staff need to go.

This place keeps charging me for my membership even after I have left and will not return my phone calls because the manager only works a couple days a week.

I’ve been to 5 different Blink locations and this one is honestly my favorite! I went around 12:00 and it was practically empty… Just how I like it!

Terrific place to work out — with really nice workers — and the manager (a real cute guy lol) is very sweet and is always working — The staff contentiously cleaning — greeting customers and basically making sure customer gym visits are great… and it is. Thank God my grandmom lives in the area– or i would be stuck at the elmhurst jackson heights blink which is awful … (just look at the Unilocal reviews) …Thank God this place is run so well and i really enjoy coming here so much — I even go all the way from queens just to work out here… what does that say about my home gym — not much… i think the manager of this blink can be a great example to other managers on how its done… esp the one from rosevelt/elmhurst…that guy needs to be replaced badly…

A brand new blink fitness opened up near Coney Island, next to the DMV, dollar tree, and food stamps. There is the F and Q train nearby for easy access.
All of the equipment is brand spanking new and clean. The staff regularly cleans and wipes down the machines as well as rearranges the equipment when people are done using them. Most of the people who attend the gym are respectful about placing the weights back and not being obnoxious. Also the ambiance of the place is very uplifting with the bright colors and pumped music ranging from top 40 to throwbacks.
Free weights range from 10 – 90 lbs and there are plenty of benches to use. There are two squat racks and a smith machine with plenty of cable machines as well as cardio (steps, treadmills, ellipticals, cycle) machines. There is also a decent sized area to do stretching and pylometrics.
It’s been open for about two months now and it rarely gets packed, which is great so I don’t have to wait on people to finish their sets. Get your blink on!
