I’ve gone to this congers location several times for a quick coffee & donut, the employees are very friendly.
I’ve also had to pick up several sandwiches for friends at work. The young man, Vincent always gets my order done quickly and correctly. He’s also very polite.

Employee’s attentive and quick. Tall kid that seemed to be running the show is on top of things. I didnt get his name but he seemed to be training the other employees

Went here for donuts and service was good. Fat guy was cool and nice. New city Dunkin isn’t nearly as good. Good on you dunkin. I like what I see.

The people that work here are rude and ungrateful. Shouldn’t be working in a coffee shop if you’re not a morning person… I’m not going back here! If I could rate this dunkin 0 stars I would!

Went here for coffee this morning and I ordered a XL HOT coffee the lady didn’t say a word poured the coffee for me I paid and walked out. One i took a sip it was Ice cold. I went it and told them that the coffee was cold she then poured me another one which was also ice cold. I ended up just throwing it away and went to a local deli for a cup of coffee.
