Bank of the West

I have been a Conifer Bank of the West customer for at least 10 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. I almost always use the drive-​through because it’s so convenient. The tellers that I have dealt with at this location are all very nice.

Conifer used to have two locations. The location that was shut down had a great drive through. You rolled up, sent your transaction in and it was done in a couple of minutes.
The remaining location has the WORST drive through ever. I have spent 10 – 15 minutes from the time I sent the tube until my transaction was complete. I have given up on the drive through and now go inside. This has increased the speed by a couple of minutes.
Yesterday I walked in the lobby and there was one person being helped at the window and no one in the drive through. There was 3 employees behind the counter and two managers came in and out. I waited 8 minutes until help was offered.
Many times the staff is huddled talking and ignoring customers. I have seen this behavior multiple times. it might be time to move all of our accounts to another bank.
