Myself and my husband both had to have dentures. We went year before last several times and finally had our extractions and temporary done by Dr. Wilson. this office is very kind, patient and gave us both complete details on what to expect. I have recently(this past week) went back again and rec’d a new full set of dentures and also a nice conversation regarding implants and a written estimate of such. Dr. Wilson took his time and answered every question I had. I was never rushed, nor was anyone rude, and they took the time to make my dentures«right» before I ever left the office. I cannot speak for the other review from the other lady on here but its so hard to believe that was her experience. So I am sharing mine.

End of September 2014, I had to have my upper teeth removed and fitted with a temporary denture. I On 7÷13÷15, with an appointment time of 7:30 am, I was to return to receive my permanent denture. Today, at 7:30 am, my daughter and I arrived only to find the office hours had changed to 8:00 am. I was never notified of this. At 7:45, the office opened and while I was checking in at the front desk, I mentioned to the receptionist that I was ‘pissed’ that I had not been notified of the new hours; my appointment was slated for 7:30 and this was a terrible way to treat people. Dr. Richard Wilson, standing on the right side behind the counter, furiously exclaimed that he didn’t need this attitude; why was I complaining over the change of times as the wait wasn’t that long and if I didn’t leave, he would call the police. Stunned as I was at his unprofessional response, I informed him that I had said my piece on customer service, I was fine with the wait and I couldn’t believe that he was denying me of my First Amendment right to free speech. He responded with he did not need or would deal with my ‘attitude’, he would refund $ 360 and wanted me out of the office. I explained to him again that I had a right to voice my disappointment over not having received a call regarding the change of hours; I needed my permanent dentures as these temps are hurting me and are too loose. He continued in his ugly and unprofessional manner while directing his employee to issue a refund of $ 360 when the original price was well over $ 2000($ 2535.00 total– the dentures alone are $ 875 per receipt). I also requested a copy of my medical records which he refused to give to me unless I paid him for said copies. Per HHS, ’ a provider may charge for the reasonable costs for copying and mailing the records.’ — Please note the ‘AND’- — I was INOFFICE. As of 2:43 pm on 7−13−15, the refund still has not posted to my debit account. …sad thing is, until today, I was quite happy with Dr. Wilson and his work. Apparently however, he doesn’t believe in client’s having the right to voice an opinion over not being notified. Dr. Wilson, may I suggest you take some classes in customer service, business ethics, consumer rights and finally, see a shrink for your obvious thin skin as well as anger issues? You sir, are a disgrace to the dental profession.
