Just another run down Kroger. No Starbucks, no dining area, just fried chicken to go without any sides?

Couldn’t find my Kroger card-​which I’ve had for 15 years-​who knows what phone number it’s under-​and they were willing to cancel my $ 50 order, really? I finally dug it up-​I never go to Kroger because of the high prices, so checking out with the card is not an option. Will not return.

Why do I still come here? I’m not real sure. 70% of the time they can’t find the prescription and I either end up leaving or then having to wait. .. And this is AFTER THEY call me to tell me to come pick it up. Worthless. One time, it took 3 trips.

Excellent Kroger here! While I find it strange that Kroger would open another location so close to each other maybe 3 miles away from the ⁴⁵⁄₃₃₆ location, it’s different enough here in terms of clientele and grocery location to find its niche? There’s lots of great selection for organic fruits and vegetables (rather difficult to find anything that’s not organic here). Lots of natural products sold here. Also I can find some interesting items here that I can’t find except in Asian stores in SW Houston like bags of mien (clear vermicelli) characteristically wrapped in a pink fishnet for instance. This Kroger is almost like Conroe’s version of Trader Joe’s (ok, not quite lol)

I recently ordered a cake for a birthday party. The only selection in the book for a soccer cake had a small soccer ball just in the middle of a green soccer field. I talked to the clerk– I wished I would have remembered her name– her badge either said bakery manager or team leader, something like that, anyway, I asked if there were any other soccer designs. She said no but asked me what I wanted and she would make it… I wanted that design but with a bigger soccer ball– she said she would do it how I wanted– the cake was perfect!!! She made a beautiful large soccer ball and my grandson and the kids at the party loved it! I wanted her to know how much we loved it! I appreciate her making her own design. It was awesome!
